Tried so hard to get this to work. But it cut off our forwarded / replied emails. Also, it kept unlinking team members meaning they could not use the shared team signatures.

After persisting, we gave up. For something so simple, it should be simple to implement. It wasted a lot of out time trying to get this to work.

We have reverted to the standard Google Workspace signature blocks that we know work. I know mysignature will say "we can help" but it should be a simple product to implement and this, it is not.

I am really happy with my professional looking signature. The links work efficiently and I love the aesthetic of the signature. I purchased a single signature and I feel it was really good value. I had a couple of problem installing the signature, however the customer service was exceptional.

The links dont work and the customer service is non existant. Stay away

I have been looking for an email tracking feature for quite some time. But I failed to get it.

Oh Yes! Suddenly I received a newsletter, and the content was about MySignature. I clicked and looked at what it was about when I checked the MySignature; OMG! They had the feature I wanted. Fantastic!! Then I bought it.

When I started, I encountered a glitch(not their fault). I chatted with the support through the live chat, and they turned up to me quickly, investigated and provided great help! Finally, with great support, everything works smoothly.

P/s: Not only the email tracking feature, but their signature feature is also excellent! It makes my email look even better and eye-catchy. Also, there are many lovely templates to choose from, which makes things easy.

I have been creating Email campaign and always struggle to design a great looking Email Signature. My Email Automation software could not generate a Professional looking email signature, When i found Mysignature , immediately it solve my problem!
I could install in my gmail as well!
It is simple and easy to use , has great templates and it really level up my email communication.
