This is the best place where I’ve ordered something not knowing what it’ll look like and being more than impressed with what came together. The details they pay to your Pinterest, your requests, any comments and concerns you have, are amazing! They’re literally like the fairy godmother from Cinderella. I recently ordered a bundle for my birthday and got so many compliments, and will definitely be ordering again because this place truly cares about you as a person, on top of valuing your needs as a customer!

Reverie vintage is honestly the best and most reliable online shop i have ever been in. They ship their clothing super fast and everything has very good quality and is worth the prices. I ordered a beautiful bundle once and i got beautiful clothes that matched my wishlist very well. I recommend this website to the fullest. The owners are very polite and good at communicating. I have nothing bad to say. I have showed my friends this website before and they love the pieces just as much as i do. I rate reverie vintage a 100/10 cuz it is in fact that good!

I ordered the Prom Bundle, and from start to finish, the communication was honestly the best I've ever experienced with an online shop. The whole process is so thoughtfully designed. You provide your measurements, add a Pinterest board to show the style and vibe you're going for, write down anything that's important to you, and even details like whether you prefer gold or silver jewelry are taken into account.

I wasn't even sure what I wanted, so they reached out to me personally, gave me different options, and even asked if I'd be comfortable sharing a photo of myself so they could choose something that would flatter me best. I thought that was incredibly sweet and showed how much care goes into every order.

The amount of effort that goes into selecting the clothing, making the jewelry, communicating with customers, and paying attention to every little detail makes the price more than fair. And I'm saying that as someone who really doesn't have much money to spend. It's something I would genuinely save up for again because I believe it's worth every cent.

After receiving my bundle, I recommended Reverie Vintage to one of my friends, and she ended up ordering for our prom as well. She absolutely loved her dress. She was secretly hoping for a matching scarf but also wrote that it really wasn't necessary. They included the perfect matching scarf anyway, and she looked absolutely stunning.

For my own order, I had only mentioned that I felt insecure about my upper arms and didn't want them to be emphasized. They kindly asked whether I'd like a scarf or something else to help me feel more comfortable. Since I already had long gloves, they chose a dress that matched them perfectly. It was such a thoughtful detail that made me feel genuinely cared for.

They're also always quick to reply, and every interaction I've had has been warm and kind. Even when the conversation isn't strictly about an order, they're happy to chat and make you feel welcome. They're simply lovely people.

Another thing that really stood out to me was how much they care about making sure your order actually arrives in time for your event. They ask for your event date when you order so they can plan accordingly, which I think is such a thoughtful detail.

In my case, my order ended up taking a little longer than expected. Without me even having to ask, they upgraded my package to express shipping at their own expense just to make sure it would arrive on time. It ended up arriving on my birthday, exactly as I had secretly hoped. That level of care is something you don't come across very often.

I've only ordered once so far, but I've continued following everything they post because I genuinely enjoy supporting them. I'll definitely be saving up for another order in the future.

I have now ordered 2 bundles from Reverie Vintage, I talked with the owner on Instagram and she always responded so quickly and sweetly answering my questions!! I absolutely adore this business and I am awaiting the arrival of my just ordered Princess Core bundle. The fact that such a lovely business full of lovely people exists out there is so heart warming. They work so hard and to be able to find someone in Paris ship to me all the way in Colorado is phenomenal!! I love this business. Please be cautious of reading their negitive reviews because most are fake. I love supporting Reverie Vintage 🫶

Le vendeur est vraiment sympathique et compréhensif. J'ai reçu une superbe robe, et les bijoux ainsi que le sac à main étaient assortis à la robe. Cependant, le sac à main était trop petit (je ne pouvais pas y mettre mon téléphone), ce qui prouve bien qu'il s'agit d'un véritable article vintage, mais c'est dommage car je me retrouve maintenant avec un sac à main que je ne peux pas utiliser. Je continue néanmoins à penser que cette boutique est formidable !

Do not even consider buying from this store. Similar to other 1 or 2 star reviews here, I’ve had a terrible experience buying. Dress did not fit, colors were totally off, did not match my pinterest board, and beads were falling off the dress straight out of the box. The bag was not vintage either. It had a silica gel pack intact and a ‘made in China’ label. I’m aware that the label is not an indication of quality, but there is no brand name/tag, and it looks like something you’d find on shein/ taobao/pinduoduo. They can’t seem to take criticism, and would do anything to hide negative reviews, labeling honest reviews as defamatory or slander, which is just bizarre. They kept claiming that the items are ‘rare’, ‘copy paste’, ‘silk’, and that I had asked for the color/style they sent (I had never mentioned the color they repeatedly insisted I asked for) They will switch up immediately and make it your problem that you left a public unsatisfactory review.

This seller is so unbelievably sweet, I can see how dedicated she is with every order she does! She finds the most beautiful and high quality items for a very reasonable and affordable price. She got me a top that was the exact one from my mood board! HELLO?!?! So crazy I wear every piece she got me all the time😍

I had the most amazing experience with Reverie Vintage! The owner is truly an angel and she curates these bundles with so much passion and love. I have already bought two style bundles which were each incredible! When I recieved my first bundle I was so happy, because I had been searching for these kind of fairy clothes for so long and she really understood me, so I just had to order another one. My second bundle had some delay, which I totally understand since she is very busy, and she was so kind to gift me an extra top ! I just recieved my second bundle and I couldn’t think I could be more happy after my first bundle but I am! This woman is so incredible she actually managed to get the exact top that was on my moodboard and the rest of the bundle was also so incredible and was exactly wat I wanted! I am so happy that I discovered Reverie Vintage and I can’t wait to order again!

I was nervous before buying my first bundle, I didn’t know what to expect, but when I saw all those TikTok videos I had to try to get some beautiful vintage clothes too. And it was the best decision ever. The owner is such a kind soul, and a lovely person. Even tho she has SO MANY orders during the month, she still comes very personal to each order, and is very detailed with it! I already bought two bundles from her, and my mom also bought one for herself. We love the clothes, the owner and the experience 💖💖 I honestly never bought jeans that fit me better then the two pairs I got from her 😭 I always get so many compliments on clothes from my bundles it’s insane!

I have ordered from Reverie Vintage multiple times and have received my items as described. I’ve had a great experience finding rare pieces. As someone in the reselling/vintage scene, all of the dresses I have gotten are absolutely impossible to find in the USA and Yamina has made my fairy dress dreams come true. I mean dresses I’ve had on my Pinterest for YEARS, I was finally able to obtain through her regular drops.

The owner is so lovely. Everything is handpicked and vintage and her finds are amazing. Super professional, reliable and hard working.

During a pop-up event, I found the owner to be condescending and unwelcoming. A situation involving a dress I was interested in made me particularly uncomfortable: I felt mocked and not taken seriously as a customer, which genuinely upset me.

Regarding the company’s online communication, I noticed that some critical comments I had left were no longer visible afterwards. I also observed that positive reviews or responses often appeared shortly after negative reviews, which gave me the impression that critical feedback became less visible.

I also felt that negative feedback was not well received, particularly because it was sometimes publicly shared or commented on Instagram, which made me uncomfortable.

I was also surprised by the positioning of some of the dresses sold. Several vintage dresses marketed as rare pieces are made from synthetic materials such as 100% polyester (for example, some dresses from brands like Derhy and many garments from the 2000s). This did not match the impression I had of the products before purchasing.

Finally, one particular situation raised questions for me. I saw a bundle of five new Derhy dresses listed on Vinted that sold within seconds. A few days later, I saw dresses on the company’s website and social media that appeared to be the exact same pieces, with the same packaging and the same visible details. Based on these observations, I began to question how some of these pieces were sourced and why they later appeared for sale at significantly higher prices.

Overall, my experience was negative, both in terms of customer interaction and the level of transparency I personally perceived, and for these reasons I cannot recommend this shop.

At first, the seller seemed genuinely different, offering nice dresses at fair prices. While the descriptions lacked detail, failing to provide measurments, show the back of the items or their flaws, it felt acceptable given the €100 price range and a new site.

However, everything changed the moment she gained traction on social media. Her prices skyrocketed, yet the quality and service remained exactly the same. There are still no measurements provided, which is highly problematic since she is notorious for sending damaged items or incorrect sizes. Furthermore, fabric tags are rarely shown, leaving me highly skeptical about her "pure silk" claims.

Her business ethics are also incredibly disappointing. She literally built her new publicity by using photos from the very shops she used to call out. On top of that, she creates a false sense of scarcity : for instance, she frames René Derhy dresses as rare vintage gems, when in reality, she simply buys up every listing she can find on marketplaces to monopolize the market.

To make matters worse, no one dares to speak up because she systematically deletes any negative comments and responds aggressively to any form of disappointment. I feel completely cheated and deeply regret supporting this business. I will never spend a single cent here again.
