Pickwick Jewellers and Pawnbrokers Anmeldelser

I was served by Samuel from the Dartford Kent Branch. He was very helpful and polite. Made me feel comfortable with the service I required with sale of family items following a close family bereavement. Will highly recommend my friends and family as they also have a great selection of jewelery and high priced shoes and bags for sale. Great customer service.

Whenever I come into Pickwick’s Samuel is always there. He is helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. It’s great to have a friendly face and someone who is so reliable.
He is a credit to your company.

I went into Folkestone Pickwick today and was served by an extremely helpful lady called Lucy who cleaned my chains for me. Really happy with the service. Thank you Lucy.

Walked past shop as they were getting ready to close and gentleman called Arkan yagmur served me, he went out of his way to help me instead of rushing to close. Very professional and very polite. Polished up a ring for me and I purchased it. Amazing service.

I visited Angie in Peckham, she was extremely friendly and provided quick service. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Was very helpful and complimentary

Needed a small repair to my wedding ring. Couldn’t be more happy with the repair and the service given by Lynne and Shelley. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone

My husband and myself have visited a couple of times (separately) in the past. The most recent visit was a few weeks ago (Feb 2023). All the staff at Dartford who assisted us in selling our jewellery were absolutely brilliant - helpful and patient and took their time evaluating every piece of jewellery for us (and took us to a private section in the shop which we really appreciated). We had a few bits to sell and were happy with the price given. In addition the knowledge of the lady/Jeweller we saw was very impressive. We will be returning again to buy and sell. Thanks Dartford Pickwick Jewellers. Great Experience. We were so impressed we returned with a box of chocolates!
