Pickwick Jewellers and Pawnbrokers Anmeldelser

Bea and Nilar helped me through the whole process of cashing in my old jewellery. They were both diligent and I trusted their judgement. I cleared out items I no longer needed and invested my money with high interest rates to enjoy next year.

Just had a quick visit to Pickwick in Ashford and was greeted by a very friendly staff. Krisztina was polite and helpful, smiley and professional. You need more staff like her!

Just been into pickwick jewellers and pawnbrokers at Dartford have to say how pleased I was with the service I got 👌 😀

Sam at the Dartford branch is always very helpful and cheerful.Excellent exchange rate as usual.

Bea at Pickwick Jewellers & Pawnbrokers is seriously the best! She's friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond for her customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewellery or pawn services! 🙌💎

Thank yoin

Amazing service, thank you for sending my parcel so quickly, I love my purchases. Staff in the Folkestone store highlighted the online options and I found what I wanted and an extra treat for my birthday. I will use again.

My first Pickwick purchase, and it won't be my last. WOW, I'm impressed!

Bought a pair of 9ct gold earrings from the website at a great price. What a wonderful surprise to receive them super-fast, and find the quality of the jewellery is superb.

This is how fine jewellery shopping should be - quality pieces, at non-crazy prices, and old fashioned customer service that's as warmly courteous as it is professional. Special shout-out to the Ashford store's classy manager Christina, for her 5 Star service. This lady is a real credit to the Pickwick brand.

I use Pickwick whenever I need to buy currency. I find the rate (especially the online rate) very favourable and they always have Euros available in the store. This time, Christine in the Ashford shop was especially helpful, professional and friendly. I thoroughly recommend using Pickwick for currency exchange.

Nicola at the Eltham branch was so helpful in fixing my necklace and only took a few minutes. Highly recommend!

The helpful service given by SAMUEL who was very polite at the Dartford branch

Samuel served me on the currency exchange section. He ensured I got the best exchange rate and I rate his knowledge and professional attitude.
I was there on Friday 4th August 2023.

I’ve used this branch regularly over the years as they have always offered me the best rates on the high street, if I need any items pawned, best price was given, and lately I’ve dealt with 2 women named Sam and Shelley, both really friendly and again offered me the best price to get my rings re sized, I don’t go anywhere else ( Dartford )

Amazing service!
Great prices and good customer service.
Very pleased!

Angie at the Peckham Branch was an absolute pleasure to deal with, such speedy and attentive service, would definitely return!

I always use them for my travel money. Tara and the staff are always helpful at the Eltham Branch. Would highly recommend.

I have previously had my wedding rings cleaned and a claw fixed, in which Shelley was extremely helpful, quick and did an amazing job. I since popped into the shop to have some links taken out of a bracelet and both Shelley and Gillian were great in assisting me with this. A little hidden gem for all your jewelry needs!

I went into Folkestone branch today served by Lucy, what a lovely lady helpful and professional. Got a great deal on my currency exchange. And while I was there I got a lovely ring ☺️. Definitely use there again
Thanks .
