Considero que las publicidades de Personal Challenger de Taichi son sumamente machistas y misóginas, y resultan profundamente desagradables y fuera de lugar en la actualidad. En ellas, las mujeres aparecen reducidas a simples objetos o premios, mostradas únicamente por su apariencia física, sin voz, sin personalidad y sin ningún protagonismo más allá de complacer al hombre. Esto refuerza estereotipos anticuados y dañinos, en los que se sigue tratando a la mujer como algo que se obtiene o se conquista, y no como una persona con sus propios pensamientos, decisiones y valor. Es inaceptable que en pleno siglo XXI se sigan difundiendo mensajes que perpetúan la desigualdad y el desprecio hacia la mujer. Estas publicidades no solo no aportan nada, sino que generan rechazo y dejan ver una visión del mundo que ya no corresponde, y que no debería ser normalizada ni aceptada.

Une application que j'ai testé sans l'utiliser. La première fois j'ai été débité de 9,49 euros. Ensuite j'ai fermé l'application supprimer l'application pensant que c'était fini. Or, le mois d'après j'ai de nouveau été débité cette fois-ci de 55,82 euros
J'ai dû faire un litige PayPal, mais malheureusement je n'ai pas eu bien de cause.
Effectivement, j'ai bien annulé mon abonnement, mais je me suis aperçu qu'il y avait une erreur de frappe dans mon adresse mail. Personne n'a voulu entendre raison
J'espère que c'est la dernière fois où on me prend de l'argent car je ne vais plus y arriver.
Ceci pour dire que je n'ai aucune expérience sur l'application puisque, je ne l'ai pas utilisé.
Pas utilisé mais payé. Dommage !

never stuck with apps before. this one has mindfulness mixed in which I didn’t expect but it’s nice after workouts.

Overall positive. One or two days the suggested workout felt mismatched to my energy.

took the quiz on a whim after seeing an ad. plan feels doable, not some crazy intense thing. already sleeping a bit better and the short sessions fit around work.

Need more time to enjoy hurt my knee and needed to stop but it’s going good customer service good

Update 8/25/26 - Lasta finally returned my funds so I’m updating my review to include the app itself. The exercises in the app are excellent and accommodate my physical limitations. The videos are easy to follow and were very helpful. I used them daily and noticed a difference in my ease of movements. Unfortunately I had major fibromyalgia flare and was unable to continue.

BEWARE of Lasta!!!!! I cancelled my subscription to the Lasta app AND received confirmation on 2/15/26 that my subscription was cancelled. I was told that due to issues I had with the app that my access would be extended even though it was cancelled and there would be NO future charges!! Then on 7/31/26 Lasta took $55.82 from my account for renewal of the subscription that was cancelled in February!! I contacted Lasta only to be told that they “couldn’t” return my money due to their “no refund” policy!!!!! Since my subscription had been cancelled for 5 months they shouldn’t have taken the $55.82 to start with!!!!!!! Due to health issues I haven’t been able to use the app for months anyway! John Jostar, from Lasta, was very nice but no help at all!!!!!

Lily Cole promptly replied to my email which I very much appreciated. Not only did she clearly and concisely address my issue, she resolved my problem. I was unable to use the program when I first enrolled and Lily allowed me extra time to be able to use it. Lily’s customer service was great!

I almost skipped this app because I found a few negative posts online. Decided to test it myself instead.My experience has been completely normal. No issues signing up, everything worked as expected.

Going ok so far.

Very kind and quick with solutions at customer service. I was helped by “Emma Heughan“ who did a great job and I’m happy we solved the issue so fast.

Been using it for a few weeks now. I noticed I check my progress every evening without forcing myself. Thats probably the biggest compliment I can give.

Started using it together with my morning coffee. Somehow checking off a challenge gives me motivation to keep going. Didn't expect that.

Before installing I read different opinions online. Some people made me hesitate . My experience has been good from day one. Didn't have any payment issues or strange problems.

I can actually do most of yhe workouts,so far!
