youll be chasing a response they dont answer emails or there whattsapp support channel ive honestly requested a refund which i doubt theyll return but if it comes to that itll be a bank dispute honestly avoid at all cost
I would think twice before ordering as I did in December 2025 and we are now half the way through January 2026 and still no goods,
You call the number and get nothing you send messages no reply’s

Customer service is horrible , they answer once a week after you send them 5 messages and cannot speak english properly. They are very unclear about the ETA of the package: they told me 10 days and it ended up being 2 months. Becareful if you have cassete because they sell freewheel with the motor and they didnt specify it. At least the rest of the motor is alright. Myperfect ebike is cheap for a reason.
I read these reviews questioning if I should get it from here and I still did and the kit is absolutely perfect and easy to assemble it came in the backing fine without anything missing
Fantastic team really helpful. Ordered kit Friday evening and received it on Thursday. Spoke to the gentleman on the phone a few times and really helpful guy and he knows his stuff about e-bikes

amazing kit, i bought their 3000w 72v and ive hit 58mph and it has around 40-50 miles of range.
only took around 5 days to arrive and such a high quality kit thank you
So far, zero problems, I recommended it to my friends and all of them buyed from them, one of them had a delay of 2 days and they sent him a surron for it. Would buy again
After experiencing a very slow delivery and inventing reason for delay without being able to explain why, Il ask for being refunded. I never saw the money back! The invented false excuses about not being responsbile for refunding but Shopify. That is absolutely not the way it works

Great customer service, kept me updated with delivery times and very knowledgeable about the products they sell, they gave me good recommendations on which motor would fit my bike prior to purchase. I don't understand the bad reviews as my experience was great.
My son enjoyed the E bike conversion kit, however, after about a month, we had issues with the motor. And when asking troubleshooting questions, they didn’t appear to have the knowledge to be able to answer. I believe this company is just a dropship type company and doesn’t really Know too much about their product.
charlatans: Not at all a good, in fact overall an unreliable untrustworthy experience:
Order arrived with an incorrect size of wheel that they tried to blame on anyone else inc asking if since receiving it could have been tampered with. Their final answer was that it must have been tampered with on-route. So, they told me after me suggesting:!
"..as a gesture of goodwill we will send a correct size tyre & inner-tube" on the 11th January
2 weeks and a tracking number that showed an item to collect from the courier but that never was actually sent:
We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel
In fact I was told no fewer than 6 times check tomorrow and it will show on the couriers website as on-route.
Nothing ever came and nearly a month has now passed with numerous elaborate excuses I ended up not believing and telling them same which they categorically would refute later to be found out as charlatans!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Ordered for my son on 3rd December told yes in stock 2-3 days delivery. Since then I've chased daily, been blatantly lied to, fobbed off and deceived. Gave shipping dates and times, all lies. Blamed UPS for not updating their system when all they had asked for was a shipping label not sent the actual package. Now was told delivery today but have just had yet another message to say they forgot to send the battery and hopefully DPD will deliver on Xmas day, as if. Totally wrecked Xmas. If anyone wants to see proof message me on 07738458302 and I'll send you the screenshots of the lies. Quick enough to take the money though. Scumbags.
