My instrument purchase was seamless and I encountered no issues. Shipping from Romania to the USA was quick and effortless and the instrument arrived in perfect condition.

Initially quoted shipping as $25 to the USA. During checkout they raised the shipping cost to $100 without notice (higher than competitors). This increase appeared to be due to American tariffs (understandably confusing). But ultimately it was in addition to tariffs, and I wound up needing to pay twice. I would have bought from a more competitive vendor if I had understood this price increase was in addition to tariffs instead of including them (other vendors quoted $50). Clarity up front would have eliminated this confusion.

The actual service was fine. Packing materials weren't the sturdiest but held up well enough (this time). Shipping was fast. Could have earned 5 stars with better communication and/or competitive shipping rates.

Received my bouzouki much earlier than expected, in great shape and well protected. It's my first bouzouki and I think it'll be great to learn on. Very comfortable and well built. Lovely little instrument!

My overall experience was not the best, but that was the result of handling by the USPS, not MyPanFluteShop. As far as the Shop goes, it's service and concern was exemplary.

Friendly people, fast response. The product was exactly what was expected and well made.

The flute arrived and it is beautiful and sounds lovely. It is coming from Romania so allow three weeks or so for shipping.

This is a fantastic value to quality ratio. The workmanship is far above what you expect fpr the price. It does take quite a while to deliver but most of the time was spent in NY customs not the seller. Communications with Seller was also very quick and clear.
