If you're looking for the best value private health org that can get you a diagnosis (and prescribe medication if you do have ADHD), then MyPace is probably your best bet. Still expensive, but when my partner and I compared it to all the other groups out there, this seemed to be overall the best for the money. If you're reading this and Adam Fletcher is still available for consultations, make sure to book him! Immaculate vibes about him; extremely funny, kind and relatable whilst also being super professional, and his demeanour made the whole process go so smoothly. Absolutely recommend seeing him!

The psychiatrist was thorough and sympathetic. Although I was nervous, she made me feel more relaxed and confident.

Happy overall with mypace.. Would recommend to others, only let down is when you need to ask something about your medication your on, you have to fill in full titration then ask question, you can't just ask a question. But apart from that I would recommend.

I got diagnosed in November, it's now 16 of August and I'm still waiting on my medication which I was told I would recive it in 5working days now I've been told 2nd of September. I wish I never went with this company as it's completely shattered my mental health worse than the adhd has already, I asked for a refund months ago and they refused, if you dont email them they will forget about you and expect you to do all the running around contacting your medical centre, for a private company the customer service is absolutley horrendous, should be recieving my medication in 2 weeks but I wont keep my hopes up im easily 1000 pound down now aswell,

The process of getting an ADHD assessment was very clear. The team is headed by an NHS consultant Psychiatrist and there is a range of trained individuals available to carry out assessment (including evening and weekend appointments). I felt the self-assessment forms were thorough and the online assessment professional. Dr. Sanju George made me feel at ease and the whole process was completed in a week. I also appreciated the prompt and polite support from the business support team when I had questions. Excellent.

I think I've been with MyPace for 3 years. I was diagnosed and went through titration and now I have shared care with my GP, having to have follow ups every 6 months.
My experience has been great so far especially going through titration which for me was the tricky part. I was a bit reluctant taking meds at first but I was supported through out the entirw process and now things is OK

After two failed attempts with NHS ADHD services I started researching private companies and found MyPace.

Their pricing is clear and easy to view and the full process is explained. I got to pick which professional I got to see and being a Health Care Assistant myself I chose to see a nurse called Jennifer.

Jennifer couldn’t have been any more supportive with me especially during the assessment as it’s such a hard thing to have to open up to a stranger but she made me feel so at ease and safe.

After a lengthy appointment she diagnosed me with Mixed Type ADHD (not a surprise to her honest) she provided support along with information on treatment options.

After reviewing the options I decided that I wanted to try Medication to help with my ADHD symptoms. I had another appointment with Jennifer and she spoke me through the difference types and we decided on which one to trial and a full titration plan was written up.

Within 3 days I had the prescription and started medication and so far it’s been about 5 days on the first dose and I see some slight improvements but will control with the titration to hopefully see some further improvement.

Honestly I cannot put into words how amazing finally knowing how I function and having the support from MyPace has been truly life changing.

I have been in regular communication with MyPace for the last 6 months. This has included diagnostic assessment, treatment consultation, prescription and titration (twice, at my request, I wanted to try a longer period of titration) and post-titration consultation.

Genuinely the worst customer assistance I have ever experienced. They issued a prescription that never arrived at my pharmacy and I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a month now, with zero help from them. They are almost impossible to contact and offer no advice or updates on the situation when I do get a hold of them. Meanwhile I am entirely without the medication I began taking under their guidance and they have offered no support. Incredibly distressing and unacceptable, I would advise against using this service.

I’ve been using MySpace for the past 18 months. Firstly for my ADHD assessment and then for titration of medication. I have to say I was sceptical, as I’ve heard negative things about private companies. MyPace have been great the whole way through, can’t fault them. I’m now comfortably titrated on my medication which has also been life changing!

I booked in for assessment with Dr. Haider and also had my treatment consultation, I found her understanding and straight forward in a very good way. I was then under the care of the titration team, who I found very informative and answered my queries usually within 24 hours, and even over the weekend, unfortunately I don’t remember the names of the specific staff. For post titration follow up I had Dr. Jain, he’d clearly read up on me before the consultation, and I found it a very happy and helpful discussion with him also giving me extra advice.
I’ve found my whole journey with MyPace to be positive, we are currently waiting for my GP to accept the shared care agreement, but in the meantime I feel comfortable to be supported by MyPace at this time. They have been courteous and prompt for me, and I feel they explained the process in a way that suited me. I would feel happy to recommend this company to others.
