My Office Club 

As a small recruitment business we were looking for a good, affordable and friendly office space to use as a break from WFH.
We were really impressed with the set up at Lewisham and the ease at which we could just come and go to suit our set up.
Dennis was particular helpful - we have recently moved out due to relocation but would have been more than happy to stay if we could.
I would highly recommend this office space!

So I had left a good review of this office space, thinking they do good in Lewisham and offer a good space to small local businesses, and they are cheap - but my experience with them has been dreadful to say the least.
Getting a desk was a byzantine and difficult process which took a lot of effort on my end, even though I only needed it for a few weeks. Once I finally was "approved", they assigned me a room - which I only had access to for one day - because they gave it to someone else.
So they first move me to a meeting room, then in a phone booth (!!!), then finally in a room that was being used as storage, packed with cabinets making it difficult to even walk in. I said that's fine anyway, but only managed to work there for a week after which I asked to be released from the contract and only pay maybe for the first couple weeks.
What followed I still do not understand, all I know is they said I would not be paying anything, but I ended up paying about three times as much as I was supposed to be paying for the room I never really got to use.
Just sent them an email asking what the hell happened, going to update this as soon as I get an answer.

Moved into the office over a year ago and have been impressed since the beginning by the space, the people here and the staff.

I would recommend to any small to medium business locally to consider getting a space where you can do your best work.

For me personally getting out of the home "office" into this space has only been a positive influence on my performance.

Fantastic environment to work in and the staff are exemplary. Good variety of offices for businesses of all sizes with additional space for seminars and meetings if required.

Nice space - cheap and cheerful.

Coffee was free, now charging 50p a pod - they are really short of cash! They are just cheap ones from amazon so buy your own.

Lots of construction noise from other floors, you'll have to leave when the noise starts and don't expect any compensation for the works.

Also, all rooms upstairs have open ceilings so you can always hear the people around you.

My company has had an office suite in this Lewisham space since late 2020. It serves us so very well, reliable WiFi, helpful staff, decent meeting rooms and breakout spaces and rates very competitive with everything else in the local area right now. Well worth a visit to take a tour.
