Product doesn't work as advertised and the company doesn't respond to emails. My hair barely fits in the XL wrap. Emailed the company and no response. They do not honor their return policy.

I sent several emails to mymuaves.com requesting to return 2 items and have not received a response. It has been 2 weeks now since I have been reaching out. This company is unresponsive and do not honor their return policy. I am now stuck with 2 wraps that are too big for my head. The sizes run big! Caution...subpar customer service!

Also want to confirm other peoples' experience. You won't get your money back. Their returns portal is permanently broken, and they claim everything is a sale item. It's also clear from the customer responses that I was talking to a bot.

This is a scam. Product not functional. One item has a horrible odor. Negative reviews are deleted from the website. No returns or refunds. Avoid

Let's start with shipping. They take forever to ship things. There was an item I purchased that was out of stock which I was not made aware of until my package was delivered. It has been a pain trying to get it. Customer service is no help. Also when trying on one of the scrunchies it broke so quality is not great. Also the headwrap I purchased is very difficult to put on and I don't have a big head at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the color and material of this fabric, and although it’s easy to use and comfortable to wear it doesn’t stay on my head whatsoever when I sleep - which is the whole purpose of it! I watched all the tutorials and read all the instructions, but it’s not user error. No matter how I use it, it slides off my hair the second I lay down.

The head wraps are beautiful quality but terrible design. They do not stay on— even when I am just sitting and barely moving. I tried to leave a tasteful review and it was never posted to their site. For this price, you want something that is both beautiful and functional. This is not that. I am a curly girl who knows her way around a headwrap— this was a miss.

Definitely save your money and do not order from this company. There’s a reason you only see positive reviews. They will not return your money and you’ll be stuck with a product that won’t stay on your head and causes frizz.

Really cute product but does not fit or stay on my head. Mind you I have fine wavy hair. I’ve tried to wear it to bed twice and it slips off almost instantly. The loop simply does not reach the button.

Color and fabric are nice but the satin hair wrap doesn't fit my head at all. I tried twice to leave a 3-star review on their website but it never appears, hm. Looks like all the reviews are 4 and 5 stars. Seems like they delete lower ones, which is sketchy

This company is a scam. I purchased 4 items on sale, spent $120 to try and find what product I liked, was planning on returning the ones I didn't and purchasing the product I liked in multiple colors. When I emailed customer service, they said all items on sale were final. This is NOT marked anywhere during the checkout process, I went through the process again and sent screenshots to Janey who was handling my issue. She completely ignored me by never emailing back- I was even okay with a store credit since I wanted other colors!

My one star reviews on their websites have all been deleted, any negative comments I have posted on social media have been deleted with NO follow up. Even though I found a product I sort of liked, I will NEVER recommend them to friends, family, and I will NEVER purchase from them again. I feel scammed out of my money and am so disappointed in the care I received.

This company will never grow past being an Instagram fad. Word of mouth marketing is the most powerful tool. It costs 7x more to acquire new customers vs retaining customers and about 65% of your business comes from existing customers. Did your marketing team even learn this when they went to school? Doesn't seem like it.

I love my hair towels! Such a simple thing, but it really adds a little extra something to my days. It's nice to feel glamorous after getting out of the shower. I have really long, thick hair that takes forever to dry, so these products are a game-changer for me. They are great for the pool too, I actually get my hair wet now because I don't have to worry about it turning into a sloppy mess afterwards.

Amazing products, great quality and fast shipping. I love my hair towel. I have very long and thick hair and it still fits (barely, but it does fit!)

I've got nothing bad to say! BUT definitely definitely wash your hair towel before using it. I didn't and I was wearing it after a shower and laid down in bed and some of the color bled onto my pillowcase, OOPS. My fault though, I know better.

I'm able to wash mine on the delicate cycle. I put it inside out and wash it alone. Then I hang it up to dry and its comes out great. Holds up really well to washing.

Overall, just a beautiful wonderful product!!! I know buying stuff online can be a gamble, so if you're on the fence, I vote that you buy it! The quality is excellent and worth the price. I feel just like the stylish ladies in the pictures on their website when I wear mine.
