Ordered a driveshaft yoke for my 05 Dodge 3500,included VIN. Part came quickly but is wrong part, Too small for U Joint and bolt pattern on rear differential. Been trying for 2 days to contact customer service, which seems Non Existent, Email, phone calls and live chat. I have to pay for return shipping, restocking fee, etc and still can't use my truck which is part of my Business. Monday I'm going to contact BBB and Tx Attorney Generals office because their website says guaranteed fitment with VIN
Zero Responsiveness
Never received my order. Can’t get anyone to answer calls or return emails after several attempts. As last resort, tried to resolve thru BBB. The company never responded. Steer clear of this company.

Not real Mopar parts
Not real Mopar parts. The part I received was not a real Mopar part as stated on the web site. It appears to be a cheaply made fake part. Returns seem to be difficult/impossible. I would advise to avoid this seller.
Revised their invoice wanting more money
They charged my card $296.18 the day I placed the order and then sent a revised invoice for $340.92 the next. I've never seen anyone do that... absurd. Never again.
Never again
Never again, I ordered roof molding for an 06 Magnum and they sent me 2 driver side moldings. I called and I was on hold for 20 minutes until I just hung up. I emailed them and ask for a return label and they kept asking about part numbers and this and that when all I wanted was a return label to return one of the moldings and get the correct one and I'm still waiting. If I could rate a zero I would.
Pathetic service, No communication skills here
Order a part that i was told had a 3-5 day lead time. 2 Studs for the Alternator. 21 days later my order is cancelled with them blaming lost in post twice. Never was i supplied with a tracking number and never were my contact USA requests answered except to say we will ship that today with a tracking number. 21 days in a hire car waiting for this, now need to find elsewhere( jeep don't have it either )

I ordered door latches and not only did they send the wrong part, it was obviously used. The told me I had to pay for shipping to return and then took a restocking fee from the refund.
Avoid at all costs! Scam of a company
I ordered a part from them for my Ram 1500, knowing EXACTLY which part I needed. I selected the option during the ordering process that said I understood the risks of not putting in my VIN because they could not confirm the proper fit. I chose not to put in the VIN and selected that option. Regardless, the next day I got an email from them stating that they needed the VIN to complete the order. Why even give that option then? I immediately responded to their email and got the automated response, but now it's 11 business days later (a full 15 days since I placed the original order) and still have received no update and the order still shows as in process on their website. I called to inquire about the order status right when their business opened for the day. The automated message gave an estimated wait time of 13 minutes. Then 13 minutes, then again 13 minutes and so on. It eventually dropped to 9 minutes, 9 minutes, 9 minutes, etc, then 6 minutes, 4 minutes, etc, 2 minutes etc on repeat. Despite their automated messages while waiting on hold, my total wait time ended up being 108 minutes just for a 1 minute phone call to cancel my order as I refuse to work any longer with them for this order or in the future. This company should be shut down. The reviews are consistently poor and shows virtually no customer service, no concrete business model, lies about their shipping/handling times. Absolutely ridiculous experience and a total waste of time. They should be reported to the BBB and the TX State Attorney General's office.
shop somewhere else
part was said to be in stock and deliverable in three days. it wasnt and took over a week. needed part for only mode of transportation. would have gone elsewhere. they already had my money and then ignored my request for refund and shipped a part that i no longer needed. go somewhere else. there are plenty of other sources
Horrible Service
I ordered a new gas cap for my jeep on September 9. It is now September 21 and I have still not received it. I requested a refund and the company stated that as soon as I receive the part I can request a refund.
Faulty Transmissions…
When you guys built the transmissions for a 2014 ram 1500 5.7 hemi 8 cylinder and of the other vehicles you put them in, you failed! They all have major issues and you know it but did not put a recall out for it because you knew it would if cost you big time! Mopar and Dodge Chrysler has ruined there reputation with me and hope all to follow. You guys may have dodged the bullet with this one and get away with it but never again, will I be burned by you guys ever again? Stuck now with a vehicle with a faulty transmission and head office can continue to dodge the bullet by not responding to my phone calls. I'm no longer dealing with you guys anymore, I am done! I have already wrote my review with Dodge Chrysler as they're mechanics in their shops are incompetent don't know what they're doing because you guys don't have a fix for the problem you created with the transmissions you built!
Bought an ignition switch from them
Bought an ignition switch from them, i then realized I didn’t need the part, its still here in the original packaging, unopened, they won’t take any returns on anything electrical , literally 210$ down the drain… I’ll be sticking to Amazon from now on lol
Even for simple things, they still can't get it right.
Even for something simple, like bottles of cleaner, MyMoparParts still can't get it right.
They completely covered the manufacturer's label with their own stickers and labels - and then taped them down for good measure.
You can't see a thing, which also means that there is no way to verify what they actually sent.
In addition, they used a cheap packing tape to secure the top of the bottle instead of a purpose-designed product, which means that it leaves adhesive residue on the entire top half which cannot be easily removed.
When brought to their attention, they refused to do anything about it.
All of this could have been resolved if they had simply put the bottle into a plastic bag first and then applied their labels and tape on top of it. But no, that's too much for them and they refuse to do it better for next time.
What a stupid reason to lose a customer. They deserve ZERO stars. Avoid them like the plague.
BEWARE OF SELLER
Found this site while searching for hard to find parts for a 2010 Ram, Site stated the parts were in stock so I emailed them AND called and spoke to a human who also confirmed this. Got off the phone and immediately placed the order via t he email link, included the VIN as requested and the order was processed. Recv email sayin the order had been completed and checked, yep the money was gone from the bank account. 15 minutes later get an Email saying my order was cancelled because of " Our software has flagged this as a high risk sale with a potential for a payment chargeback" .. After reading multiple reviews it seems your "system" is costing you a LOT of money and bad reviews. Fortunately checked the banking account after being on hold for over TWO hours and hearing " Your estimated wait time is SEVEN minutes, the " system" disconnected my call at the stroke of 6 pm ( eastern time), discovered my funds were back in my account and the transaction was gone like it never existed. Maybe my bank flagged it and took it back? I'm not sure. But I know which website is now on my blacklist. I guess i'm one of the lucky ones.

Should get 0 stars. I ordered a set of seat covers for my Ram, Got the text stating they were shipped, waited 5 days to track it, and UPS states the order was cancelled??? I have sent 5 emails with NO response and waited on hold with their voice line 2 times- both times the message states there is a 31-minute wait time. I waited 45 minutes the first time and over an hour the second time- both times the message never changed- 31 minutes wait time. Now I have to get my credit card company involved. These people do not answer or reply to any type of communication.

09JAN2023 Update: I provided a copy of a more detailed USPS returned part delivery confirmation to my credit card company along with a copy of an email from MMP.COM wherein their rep acknowledged on 10OCT2022 that they had received the part I returned, so even though MMP.COM dragged things out for nearly four months, my credit card company decided in my favor. I never imagined it could take so long or I would have to work so hard to get a refund on a bad, returned part, but thank God for my credit card company and now I fully understand why MMP.com has an "F" BBB rating and accreditation.
I ordered a locking gas cap from MyMoparParts .com (MMP.com) on 31AUG2022, it arrived Sep 6th, the locking gas cap had no keys as reflected at their website before they removed that photo following my communication with them. I requested a return on 07SEP22, received no response so I contested the payment with PayPal and my credit card. I received an apology email on 13SEP22 and IRT their offer of a replacement or refund (though the part was no longer in stock), requested a refund and received a return shipping label on 14SEP. Shipped their cap back 19SEP22, it was delivered/returned to them on 21SEP22, I notified them immediately via email and they told me via email “Refunds are issued within 72-96 business hours upon delivery! Once the refund is issued an email will be sent to you.” Dallas, TX BBB investigated when I filed a complaint because MMP.com did not issue the credit to my account and the BBB report indicates MMP said they could not issue the credit because I had a PayPal and Bank Credit card dispute active. I closed both disputes and subsequently MMP reversed their previous stated (via numerous emails) position of “trying to reimburse” me by indicating they never received the parts I returned. MMP.com responded to the bank credit card dispute by saying the USPS delivery receipt reflected only the town, state and date of delivery, not their full business address and that I did not return the part to them. Following notification of the latest MMP.com position, my local post office assisted me by providing hardcopy verification of delivery to MMP.com’s address, right down to the suite number as well as hour and minute it was delivered. It will be interesting to see what MMP.com says and does not but the bottom line is it is almost four months since I returned their incomplete parts as requested and I am still waiting for my refund from MyMoparParts.com. Needless to say, I would not recommend them and anyone who considers doing so should look at their BBB rating.
They don't even deserve 1 star
They don't even deserve 1 star! I ordered parts that I needed in a week. They send an email saying my $180 in parts was high risk and canceled my order. Now I have to wait for the funds to go back to my credit card to order somewhere else. But it won't be in time to meet my deadline next week. This company is a drop shipper & they don't update their prices. They probably took my order and once they found put they couldn't provide the parts at the price they have listed they canceled my order. I'm filing complaints with BBB and CFPB.
HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. They will accuse you of an item being used and damaged, when in fact they sent the faulty item. They are dishonest, disrespectful and rude to their customers! Go elsewhere
