Product is a great price and fantastic idea for a gift.
I made an error on the shipping address so emailed the team and had a very quick/helpful reply.
Very professional and would 100% recommend.
Thank you

Fab service. When I had queries regarding item , customer service were quick to reply and really helpful . Order came on time . Absolutely love it thank you so much . Such a beaituful gift for someone

Ordered the country couple personalised hanging ornament.
On the website it clearly looks like a 3D ornament but what I received was a transfer on a piece of clear perspex.
Complete rip off.
Cost just over £20 with shipping, probably cost 20 pence to make.

What an absolutely lovely item this is, lovely Christmas gift for a loved one or a partner. Birthday gift or valentines gift absolutely stunning. Great value for money absolutely love love love it.

I was very disappointed with the product. It DID NOT live up to expectations however, on contacting My Moonlamp the customer service I received on asking for a refund was exceptional. Sienna, Ruby, Amy and Hayley were polite, caring and very quick at responding to my messages. They did everything in their power to ensure I received a refund which I did. The 5 stars I’ve given is for the level of customer care I received and NOT for the product.

Absolutely gorgeous thank u very much

Item was reproduced from the photos provided to a high quality. Shipping was quick and packaged securely. Good communication regarding the progress of my order right up to delivery. Would use again.

I am very happy with my lampshade, it arrived safe and sound and was easy to put together, the picture quality is good. My only suggestion to potential buyers is think about your photos and the order you load them. I sent six different ones of my dogs so it is a bit fussy. Whereas if I had only sent 2 and had them repeat it may have been more aesthetically pleasing

This company provides the best customer service. And the product I ordered for a gift was perfect, very different and personal and great value. They even sent photos and a video of the finished product for approval before shipping it
Although there was issues with delivery from Evri, Moon Lamp went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved and communication was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend them for that bespoke gift and professional service and support. Thank you

Thank you so much! It was a funny gift for my partner and I really appreciate you completed the order!

Lindsay from customer service is excellent, quick to respond and sort out my issue. Thanks again Lindsay for your help

Good service and great comms when I needed help with getting a copy of a deleted receipt.

Advertise Australian, comes from China, paid nearly 4 times what it's sold for elsewhere as I thought was Australian. Misleading advertising.
Looks cheap and nasty because it's made of cheap poor material. Very disappointing, do not recommend at all.

Poor company. Arrived faulty and not as described. Got in touch to arrange a fix for this and they are refusing to give me a refund or fix the mistake. Scam company, do not order from them

Unfortunately when it first arrived it was broken which was really disappointing as it was a Father’s Day gift. I messaged and told them what had happened and they replaced it with a new one very quickly and I was thrilled when it arrived in perfect condition. I can’t thank the team enough for their help and understanding and willingness to work with me to rectify the situation.

The item I ordered looked nothing like it should wrong item in picture, refused to refund so I just spend £26 on load rubbish!!!! Tip do not order 3d figure from this company there shocking

When i received my order unfortunately it was broken not due to these fab people who are doing a great job but the couriers who delivered it i contacted customer service and they've done everything from clear communication very quick response time there even replacing my order free off charge i can't thank Lindsey enough she's been so helpful deffo recommended this company

Ordered it 4/5/25 it’s now 22/6/25 and it still hasn’t arrived , Very poor service.

Everything was fabulous

Appalling product. Viewer itself is clunky, pictures are cropped and of the lowest quality. They also refuse to refund.

Do not buy from them
