I purchased a wetsuit after carefully checking the measurements provided on the website, which seemed to match what I was looking for. However, when the wetsuit arrived, the measurements did not quite match my expectations, so I had to return it, paying almost €40 in shipping costs.

I sent an email explaining the situation, but I have not received any response whatsoever. I find it unacceptable that a customer has to bear these costs when the measurements provided do not accurately match the product received, and on top of that, there is no response from customer service.

This has been a very disappointing experience, both because of the additional costs and the lack of customer care. I will not buy from this store again, and I do not recommend it.

They canceld my order and now they want me to rebuy for more expensive, what a joke. Not recommendable.

Una talla m de camiseta me queda enorme cuando es mi talla y una talla m de pantalón de chándal, que también es mi talla, pequeño.
El servicio de devolución es pésimo en cuanto a información. Quince días después de realizar la devolucion por mi parte, asumiendo yo los gastos de envío, no tengo información ninguna desde la empresa, a pesar de haberlo reclamado.
Estoy segura de que mi paquete ha llegado a la empresa.
No volveré a comprar en esa web.

Suit was too big. Whilst I couldn't return it, they gave me a discount on another one and delivered it with free postage and t-shirt! They were understanding, kind and responsive :)

Don't buy from this site. Sizes are extremely small . I bought twice from there and i had problem with all sizes . Also they charge you if you want to return them. Scam !!!
