Improved information quality, but AI help (when system freezes) needs to be de-bugged
Glad to see that this time, the emphasis is more on providing a wider range of information, with less content devoted to comedy. The AI helpers for glitches need to be upgraded. The system glitched twice while I was taking the course, and nearly 20% of my time on the lessons was lost to waiting time, for someone to un-glitch. At this point, the assistant system seems to have more bugs in it than the Smithsonian's butterfly collection.

When I finally reached a human being
When I finally reached a human being, the service was just exceptional, above and beyond. GEICO claimed that IMPROV had not advised them of our course completion, so no discount, major league hassle. You and your team took care of everything. Part of the problem was a software issue at your end. Your software would not recognize GEICO policies that began the 10 digits with a 0. Also, it took almost an hour listening to your "Speedy" Robot before I was connected to a real human being.

IMPROV Is Videos No Boring Reading!
IMPROV Traffic School's Driver Safety Course is fantastic. It truly is because IMPROV updated the course with videos, which in my opinion makes the course engaging and more readily absorbed than the old way, wherein it was all reading for four hours, which was totally boring. Now, the videos make learning all about safe driving fun and easily digested. Now, I'm a S.P.I.D.E.R. Driver:
S = Scan: As You Drive Scan Around You for Possible Danger/Hazards/Threats, etc.;
P = Pereceive: Perceive Possible Hazards, etc.;
D = Decide: Decide a Course of Action;
E = Engage: Engage Upon a Course of Action; and,
R = React: Safely Maneuver Out of Harms Way.
Be a SPIDER driver! I highly recommend IMPROV Traffic School.
By the way, IMPROV sends your course satifisfaction results automatically to your auto insurer within 5 days upon course completion, which only took me a little over an hour or so.

I thought this would be a hard test
I thought the test will be hard and I will not be able to complete it in one day, but it was so interesting that I kept going through the different sections and passing. I was so surprised that I completed the test in about 45 minutes or hour it is very easy and very simple Very interesting and very helpful.
