The team at My Home Deal have been superb! Lucky for me I came across Sean when I had just viewed a property and was prepared to pay the asking price. It was an 'offers over situation' and I laid out I would pay the price but didn't want to go to anything over. He compiled a report for me about the property and local sales data, then handled the negotiations and managed to secure me a sale £25,000 below that offers over price. I would never have believed it possible and wouldn't have even started negotiations myself at that price. He handled all the negotiations on my behalf which took a lot of added pressure out of the equation and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I don't normally leave reviews but had to on this occasion due to the fantastic work done by My Home Deal. Sean was very on the ball and kept me in the loop all throughout the process. Very disappointed with the service. Said they would negotiate in my name for the property I really wanted, did not even bother to inform me that the negotiation was not successful. I had been waiting for nearly a week for some feedback, then go onto the estate agents' website to find out the property has been sold! And there is me sitting for a week waiting and hoping for the best! It doesn't take long just to send an email to say the negotiation wasn't successful, does it? Do not recommend at all

Couldn't be happier with our service with My Home Deal! Me and my partner are both first time buyers weren't very confident with the whole process of purchasing a house and asking for them to drop the price.
