I make a second order online and im still waiting for my product to deliver to my address but for same reason i never reseive order from thise webside and i make twice recuest for refund they sending me email to me and they asking me to delete my review but im not going to delete until i reseive full amount

Creo que la empresa debiera ser más clara y tener una presencia más evidente en el proceso de suscripción; mi experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria en ese aspecto.

Maxry made my experience great, with wonderful costomer services, l chatted with different clients but now was kind and helpful like her. She made sure l understood everything and l get Satisfied but unfortunately l lost her when l was about to rate her, so l decided to rate her through another client.

Found I had been charged a subscription fee for this service, yet I'd never heard of it before. I requested a refund on the day the money was taken out and it took 2 months for someone to respond and offer a refund (once I'd done this Trust pilot review). Not impressed at all; I certainly won't be using this company now.

I woke up with a notification from my bank, stating that $ was paid to my “My Hobby Hunt membership” which I never agreed or knew about, tbh I don’t even know how, when or why this happened.

I tried to reach out to someone through the website’s chat and they didn’t provide any help, they also told me this was not refundable, I explained that I didn’t know what happened or why this happened, that I never agreed to this, and I needed help getting my money back. I also requested some explanation about this website, they didn’t help at all. They only told me refunds were not possible. That I accepted the membership (which I didn’t know about)

I’m glad Raj, escalation manager reached me out through email stating “ Hello Angeles Del Río,

Your case was escalated to me for prioritization, and after reviewing it, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you faced. I’ve decided to make an exception from my side and handle your membership fees refund and cancellation.

I can confirm your account has been permanently terminated and as a special exception to our usual policy, we are offering a refund of your membership fees to your original payment card (3468).

I want to clarify that, this is an exception to our no refund policy and we hope this resolution meets your expectations.

To help us improve and continue providing the best possible service, I kindly ask for your feedback. Your review will help me enhance my services and support for all our customers.
