Great product. I take immunity stack daily. I have not had any long lasting illnesses. I usually am better in a few days when I do get a cold or flu.

Immunity stack has kept me relatively healthy for 5 years.

LIKES: Recently had 2 large orders fulfilled, and shipments were relatively fast, communication was over abundant, and customer service quickly corrected a UPS package destruction exercise with a replacement bottle from the first order arriving with the last shipment of the 2nd order. Given the number of shipment origin points used by MGTS, that kind of blew my mind. After 2+ years, I continue to be impressed with all their products.
DISLIKES: The SHOPIFY platform - Shopify's ultra intrusive software tries to screw with my preferred web browser's protections, forcing me to use MS Edge to place orders with MGTS, and even at that it does everything it can to con you into letting them install software on your phone or laptop. Screw that.
In addition, with multiple ship points for items in the same order, the shipment messaging needs to be stripped down to just the basic things - order receipt, shipment date w/ tracking, delivery confirmation. With a big order having 3 different ship points, the current messaging is just plain confusing, with every message saying it's the last item in your order, when often it's not the last item.
Obviously I didn't receive an incentive to write this.

I was having trouble finding what I wanted on the website and then a customer service representative jumped online and brought me to the proper page. He took care of the order for me. Amazing and caring service is exactly what you get from mygotostack!

Their supplements are free of any useless or toxic fillers and they source the purest ingredients and have the slimmest of profit margins of any supplement companies because they actually care about the well being of their customers. I have followed the work of Dr/ Haider for years and he is gentle and kind and a man interested in true healing and has an open mind and not blinded by western medicine's insane push for profit

they sent my order out apparently, and part arrived in a few days. the larger part never arrived. I had to call support to get it reordered, which took two weeks. finally arrived a month late.

Excellent product at an affordable price. Delivery time is very acceptable.

The company sent the product in a timely manner. Also, I requested information on a product which the representative responded quickly and with clarity.

Great company, great products and service

It was the 2nd time that my order showed that it was received but then weeks went by with no delivery or email letting me know why it wasn't being delivered. It took me contacting your customer service to get the order delivered in 6 weeks. You must not think your product is any good since people have to go without it. I will not be ordering products from mygotostack anymore.

Just received 9 bottles of Immunity with a mfg date of 12/2024 which will no longer be viable by December of this year. I won't even have used the nine bottles up by December.
I have complained about their dates so many times and they do not respond positively. After about 3 email exchanges of very defensive excuses, they said to return the nine bottles and they would send 9 more with a newer date. So all the effort and cost to return these nearly outdated bottles falls to me. I am nearly 83 years old and expect when I order supplements, they will have fresh dates. I don't need extra work and expenses and trips to UPS to return outdated products. I think this company has low integrity and I don't trust them. And their customer service is seriously lacking.

I have used a lot of these products since they first became available and I LOVE everything I’ve tried. The latest one i tried is the Iodine Plus Thyroid Stack. This seems so much better than what i used to take. I feel very pleased with all of the mygotostack products because they contain only the things i need and none of things i don’t need or want.

I have a genetic autoimmune considition and I appreciate this product so that I don’t have to take so many pills. It is also consistent which is critical for my condition and I often have problems with changes made to products without alerting me to changes. This company has not done that so I am protected.

I always recieve my order in a timely manner. Feel confident in the product I order.

I canceled my reoccurring order and on the very same day they placed that order! Not shipped, but placed it. A week later my order was shipped. I called and they claimed it was too late. Even though it was “placed” the same day it was cancelled. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

Love this product. I have a lot of energy
