Was excited when I ordered my laser
Was excited when I ordered my laser, worked perfectly until I used it while playing in the rain. Had it for 1 week, then after 1 round in the rain it is ruined and the company told me too bad. I was very angry after dealing with customer service and just want to warn everyone you have zero recourse if it breaks down

Hi Scott, sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we do not accept water damaged exchanges, as we claim the product to be water resistant, not waterproof.
While we understand accidents may happen, I wanted to offer a discount off the full price product if you’d like to place another order for a new one. If you'd like to reply to the email we sent you on 10/5 regarding this issue, we'll gladly assist with a discounted replacement.

Excellent news! We're glad to hear it!
Eagle Eye range finder
I have found the Eagle Eye range finder to be a very pleasant surprise. Just as accurate as a Bushnell, but at a fraction of the cost. Particularly like the orange read out. Very easy on my tired old eyes. Would definitely recommend the Eagle Eye.

For the most part I like the range finder. However, it takes a while for it to zoom in to the target and receive your yardage.

Thanks for sharing, Thomas. With pin lock technology, it shoots multiple lasers to confirm you are indeed locking onto the intended target before giving the reading.

My case wouldn't open after I installed battery to range finder. I sent a email to Dave and he responded right away and I have a new case being ship. Great customer support. Thanks Dave. PS I finally got to use the range finder after I had to break the zipper on case and I love it.
