THE WEBSITE ADVERTISEMENT SAYS DELIVERY 2-3 DAYS. IT HAS BEEN 8 DAYS AND NO WATCH. I BELIEVE THE PRODUCT AND SITE IS A SCAM, FRAUDULENT. DON'T BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam company. Their website says they are USA owned and operated however they are actually in China.

They also said I would get the product next day - it has been 10 days and it hasn't been given to the shipper yet although they keep saying that they can't refund my card and cancel the order because it has been shipped.

It's a scam company and I have reported them to BBB

What is ordered was a metal assembly engine, what i got was a plastic block that resembled a engine, definitely a rip off!!!

Expected higher quality for such high prices. The darting stuff feels cheap.. like sure, it does its job, but I can't help but be a bit disappointed.

I ordered a TV antenna, took two weeks to arrive.
The antenna received was not the antenna I had ordered.
Called customer service and they said they will refund half the money and I can keep the antenna. I told them I don't want the wrong item, I want all my money refunded and will return the antenna.
After ten emails back and forth we have another "we will forward this to our team for review email.
The return policy on their website says if you receive a different item than what was ordered they will give you a refund and send a (free) return shipping label.
I have told them this several times and they are sending it to their team for review, again.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam and they start making additional charges on your credit card, after the purchase I had two more charges from them posted to my account????

Both 2 viper darboards for my pub and so for everybody's loving it. Btw, for the next time, do something about the delivery - didn't get any notification, anything, and suddenly the package appears at my door.

Got the 'Fat Cat Reno' billiard table and actually had to put a small piece of wood under one leg because it’s slightly shorter than the others. Honestly, for that price, you’d think they would have these things sorted out. Pretty disappointing quality control.

This is a scam company also doing business as kelvoshop.com (look them up on the Better Business Bureau website). Website will take your order and appear normal, but then as you check out they'll slap a $9.95 "Ultimate Protection (Lifetime Warranty + Shipping Protection) × 1" screen up, and when you click "No thanks" that is hidden in the tinyest of fonts at the bottom, it'll charge you for that anyway. They refunded that $9.95 charge to me but then set up recurring charges to my credit card under the name zendasport.com, kelvoshop.com - luckily my credit card company blocked those but then because they claimed I signed up for a subscription the credit card company gave them my NEW credit card number but those charges were also declined. So now I have blocked my card and won't use for many months before getting a new credit card number.

How can you have such a sluggish website? The cart is glitching my god. I have purchased some stuff in the past, and the site was functioning normally, now its a mess. both packages were okay in terms of contnet but i seriously almost gave up with the seconf order

Purchased a non-slip phone holder and waited for over a month, got it eventually, and it serves its purpose, but what the hell?

This is a total swindle.
I ordered shoes. When you check out a $9.95 "Ultimate Protection (Lifetime Warranty + Shipping Protection) screen comes up, and when you click "No thanks" it charges anyway.
Then they sent me cheap knockoff shoes and in the wrong size. The shoes had no tags and were obviously cheaply made.
When I notified the “support” they offered me a partial refund to placate me from not having to send them back. Or make me pay for return shipping.
I probably should have known better than to order shoes from a game table e commerce shop.

This is a scam. Tried to purchase an item and a screen came up asking if I wanted to add insurance for $9.99. A large green button with "continue", and underneath it a very small and grey "No thank you-skip" text. I clicked the no thank you text and nothing happened. I pressed it a few more times, with nothing, so I closed the browser. Then I got notification from my credit card on fraud. (4) separate $9.95 charges were attempted all from different company names. They shut down the card, but the original purchase went through.....of course with the extra 9.99 that I didn't accept. Then I got emails confirming the order and telling me that I will have a 20% restocking fee if I cancel the order. This is a scam.

I ordered one thing. Multiple charges kept coming through & luckily my credit card wouldn't honor those.

Pretty smooth experienc! Nothing mind‑blowing, but definitely nothing bad either 😄. It all worked out fine, and I have no real complaints

These people are totally sleazy. Website takes order then adds another a "protection fee" kind of like the mafia. Someone should shut these sleazy people down AVOID

So yeah, my order showed up 😐. Packaging was fine, things look like what I expected… ish 😅. Could be better, could be worse 🤷‍♀️

Okay so… my order came. Everything’s fine ish but like, not super exciting. Package was okay, delivery kinda slow and i was like “meh” when i opened it

I tried to order the 2 pc seat belt extender ($9.90). I had problems then suddenly it seemed my order went thru. I waited for a confirmation, but didn’t get one…so I called the following day. Their telephone was busy each time (3) so I was put on hold. Total waste of my time.
So, yesterday I tried their email…got a message they try to answer in 12 hrs. That was more than 24 hrs ago.
Still no idea if my order went thru.
By far the worst customer DISSERVICE ever.
