I have also been like a sheep ti the slaughter bought two dresses by mistake they took 70 pounds I asked them just to send one as do not want two same dress ..they said it was already posted..that was 2 mins after I ordered..so then I waited two weeks it arrived yesterday..total rubbish dresses ..I am not told to keep them and they will send me a free item ..I told them do not want to keep them as they are cheap looking I won’t wear them ..so they said I can only send one Item back 😡I am so angry with myself for falling for this crap ..no more I will never order from any other Chinese company ever again ..and only order from uk Companies I thought this was one but how we am be deceived..this is just scamming people

I naively thought this company was London based (Freya London!!) I paid and noted the delivery was free 1st class Royal Mail, so I presumed it would be delivered within a day or two. It is now 2 weeks since my order was placed with the tracking still saying `pending`...guessing its in China somewhere...dreading what my order will actually look like...never again will I use this company.

Looks like I've had the same experience with a few others.
I ordered leather boots from these rip off merchants for £45. They took weeks to arrive, no box, just bubble wrap was the 1st red flag, 2nd was opening them & the cheap nasty plastic material.
I've had days of back & forth on email where they have offered me 15% discount, then 30% then a full refund if I pay postage back to Asia- which I declined as product is falsely advertised. They're not London based. Check out Companies House..
I contacted my bank & they have refunded the full amount so anyone else with this problem, call your bank!

Be careful. Ordered some boots £45. In the picture they looked lovely. Don't be fooled by the London connection. They come from China, not even leather, and the quality and colour are disgusting. I certainly won't be wearing them. They arrived in bubble wrap 3 weeks after ordering. Do not order from this site.

I ordered leather boots from this company, who claim to be in London. The boots took 3 weeks to arrive from somewhere in China. Once they arrived I could not believe my eyes!!!!

The boots were advertised as leather and looked lovely on the photo. £45.95 was the cost. The boots turned up wrapped in bubble wrap, not even a shoe box and were nothing like the advertisement and certainly not leather.

I’ve used Freya for years but lately the quality is not great and I pay a lot of money per item. The customer service isn’t great either, I could send it to them for a quality check but no guarantee I’d get anything back or returned. £50 down the drain.
First bra - the clips at the back popped out whilst bending down, only worn a few times.
Latest bra - only bought 31 January and again hardly worn, the underwire popping out. Need to find a new decent big busted bra now!

The product in question is a one piece swim suit from your Freya Active range. The item has literally been worn less than 17-18 times. It started to lose shape after probably five wears and by now it has lost all its elastics within the fabric and it seems to be hanging like a dress, there seems to be a frayed hole on the back, most of the piece has actually turned dirty white from black and the back is totally see through.



I have only worn the piece in the gym in the swimming pool and it seems to be totally destroyed after having been worn limited times. I would have thought that an item from an active range should be chlorine resistant but this did not even last two weeks. It is a fact that I bought the item a while ago but it remained unused and brand new in my cupboard for a while as I had other items that I was using. I swim a lot and have been through a lot of suits but this one is by far of the poorest quality and shortest durability that I have ever come across.

Their customer services just pushed me back to the retailor despite the fact that I could provide proof of purchase....Disappointed. AVOID their sports range...

Ho usato Freya per due mesi, purtroppo dopo alcuni utilizzi il dispositivo ha smesso di funzionare. Per fortuna mi ne hanno inviato uno nuovo tempestivamente. Ahimè soffro di dismenorrea con dolori molto forti, tanto che durante l'utilizzo sono aumentati invece di diminuire, neppure un miglioramento. Di sicuro è più idoneo per chi ha dolori più lievi e non a tutte da lo stesso effetto benefico. L'assistenza dapprima celere ora non risponde più e dopo aver chiesto da più di due mesi un rimborso e il reso, come scritto dal sito, continua a fare promesse che non mantiene. Ad oggi ancora nulla, un po' deludente.

Gentili e disponibili e subito pronti a rispondere, probabilmente solo per ricevere buone recensioni e invogliare altri all'acquisto, ma poi il nulla... Nella confezione originale (del mio acquisto di febbraio) mancavano 6 cuscinetti regolarmente promessi e pagati, ho segnalato la cosa e loro mi hanno detto che erano finiti me li avrebbero mandati al più presto, ho atteso, ma nulla... Successivamente dopo la mia recensione posiva mi hanno promesso dei nuovo cavi e cuscinetti che stavano sperimentando, invece... Il nulla... Ho provato a contattarli a distanza di mesi... Il nulla nessuno risponde... Peccato il prodotto non era nemmeno male e mi ero trovata bene (anche se ovviamente il suo valore non è il costo iniziale e nemmeno quello che ho pagato con il codice sconto adesca clienti), ma da persona che da anni soffre per dolori mestruali non ci ho pensato un attimo ad acquistarlo... Peccato che tra poco sarà difficile utilizzarlo senza i cuscinetti...

A game changer!! Sono anni che soffro di dolori acuti durante il ciclo, così acuti che mi vedevo costretta a star a casa dal lavoro 3/4 giorni… ero molto scettica all’inizio poi un’amica me lo ha fatto provare e wowww come non avere il ciclo. L’ho ordinato subito ed e’ arrivato in 3 giorni con un packaging super carino. E’ facilissimo da usare e dopo pochi minuti dall’applicazione, si sente subito il sollievo. A MUST HAVE!!
