FELIX by far exceeded my expectation with service, quality, and value
This was my first experience to purchase an insurance policy online and will definitely not be my last with FELIX. The team at FELIX are extremely knowledgeable; they managed to answer all my questions in detail even though it was on a Thursday after working hours. I was able to get my quote in 20mins and an insurance policy issued within 15 minutes of my confirmation. The speed was not at all compromised with quality. As a matter of fact I received 5 options from top tier insurers with extremely competitive price and value. If you want informative, professional, and valuable service then FELIX is the place to go.

Swift & smooth experience... filled in my car details on the website and within minutes, I received the 5 best quotes from first class insurers... once I have paid, I received the policies shortly afterwards in my inbox.

Handled my claim with no hassle!
Very happy with Felix. They’ve taken away the headache of getting your insurance coverage. It’s a pleasure to deal with their staff as they give you the feeling that they’re looking out for your best interests and keeping long term clients instead of trying to sell you something you don’t need.
Had a claim in January and they managed to get it quickly handled and approved with absolutely no hassle. Saved me so much trouble as I didn’t have to go around chasing information or wasting my time.

Amazing service and friendly staff
Amazing service. The customer service agents were very responsive and got me the best insurance quote in the market as compared to other competitors i.e. insurance market. They were quick and friendly and helped me get the best insurance without any hassle. I would any day recommend these guys to anyone.

Best insurance services in the country!
We had a great experience working with Felix. In this day and age, having human interaction with customer service is a rarity. Everytime I called, somebody picked up. Everytime I emailed, I got a reply within minutes. You just can't beat that. All our business and personal insurance is now done though Felix.
