It's a scam..DON'T ORDER..SCAM,SCAM,SCAM....

Sounds like the past reviews for this company are similar to my issues. My shipment was supposedly coming from Spain. Hope you are reading these reviews and save your money. One other thing, after a couple of months my parcel was returned to Spain by the USPS. This company wanted to not only charge me with new shipping fees but also recharge me for original shipping costs.

This company TAKES your money and NEVER DELIVERS. I bought several items online well in time to receive for Christmas presents. I have yet to receive anything. They act like you can track your package but there is nothing to track it to, no Fedex or UPS, just a random number with no other information. BUYERS BEWARE

I bought three t-shirts last September, a men's large, a women's large, and a women's medium. My medium was larger than the women's large and a tad smaller than the men's large. It's much too big for me. I sent pictures and measurements comparing all three and they will not send me what I ordered. There also is not a phone number to call them.
I also don't believe they are located in the U.S. It took 6 weeks to get the order, it came from Spain, and the person I am emailing has broken English.

Looks to be just a scam site. The product is advertised as "American made". After order, it was coming from Spain. Then the order never arrived after 2 months and they wanted more money to get it right.
Basically they wanted me to pay for what wasn't delivered and new items.

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER from them! You pay for your items, express shipping, then you never hear from them again. They don't allow you to actually speak to anyone about your order, only allowing emails that often get ignored. They will not refund your money, and the items never arrive. You basically are just throwing your money away, and they are getting paid for you being a fool. It makes me sick when people use others support of their faith in an illegal, or derogatory manner. It is sad and pathetic to take advantage of those who believe and are not afraid to show everyone that they are strong in their faith inside and out.

Ordered Christmas gifts from my faith world, MADE IN USA Nashville what a joke, sweatshirt is polyester! made in China came from China NOT USA I traced it all the way. Received Januar 20, 2026 MUst be Christmas 2026 instead of 2025 SHAMEFUL COMPANY USING FAITH IN THEIR NAME

I ordered a dress from the beautiful pictures on FB, and I never received it. Took my money right away, and it was never delivered. So you must intentionally be deceiving the Christian world since all you sell is Christian products. Shame on you! What a horrible and evil thing to do. You don't deserve 1 star.

I was originally given tracking number 16593713892490734918 for the package originating in Ireland that arrived in the USA and then the tracking stopped at Boulder. Then 9 days later I received an email with the tracking suddenly showing it came from China and the package wasn't deliverable.

Then on July 22 I received an email from you that included a new tracking number: JSEXY2487661817YQ which shows the package is coming from China. And the address on the package is incorrect, so undeliverable.

Then you sent me this email:
If you still want the product, we can resend your order,
but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.

What happened to the package in Boulder?

Result: no product, no refund!
After this first and only order I will never trust My Faith World again!!!

This company advertised made in Nashville for a sweater advertised on facebook and other sites. Ordered a sweater for $49, including shipping. They charged $62 to my credit card. I received a notice the item was being shipped from China. Ordered on December 11th, 2025, received a damaged and wrong poorly made sweater on January 5, 2026. Asked for a refund after sending photos of the wrong item. They offered me $4 to go away and keep the item they sent me. Do not buy anything from this company. They prey on people of the Christian faith, who, for the most part, will forgive and forget. But wrong is wrong and this must be called out to prevent others from making my mistake.

I ordered a sweatshirt and never received it, it was shipped and lost somewhere. Tracking failed and I am out money. Will never order from them again. Not only did it take over 3 weeks to ship and customs and then to not receive the item is very upsetting. I ordered thus in August and now the USPS has closed my search request for the item.

I would have givin 0 stars. It's a scam. They send bogus tracking numbers they blame the USPS... We literally had dozens of packages arrive at the right address and on time that did not include Faithworld.com...
They will berate you in emails.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company and received a shiny polyester "shirt" that looked NOTHING like the picture. When I contacted support with my complaint, I had to jump through hoops, asked for a refund, and never heard back from them. 2 weeks later, I received another ugly shirt just like the first one. Now I have 2. I did research afterwards, and found out they are not affiliated with tpusa at all. They stole the pictures from the legitimate website!

Sadly I am another scammed by this company. And using “faith” as a cover. May this company get the just reward from our Father that it deserves. You don’t scam God and get away with it.

Was charged 71.98 and my credit card was charged 86.38.

Tried to give me a FEW dollars credit to keep the shirts.
Order XL and the size was more like a medium.

I would put zero if there was one- ordered a shirt 24 days ago- keep getting a message stating its shipped. worse part you think your ordering from Tennessee and your NOT- company ships from Finland. Worst company- I think this company is a scam. Customer service doesn't help just says wait. Wait for how long 1 year. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

my email for items purchased was correct at $66 but showed up at bank account as $85..... plus rediculous tax at 17.5%...can not connect company.will see if the items arrive

I ordered 4 items. It was $175, my scars was charged $225. The refuse to cancel my order or refund my money.

complete crooks and scammers. They say the merch is made in the USA in Nashville but it isn't and instead of being shipped from here I finally after many emails and no tracking showing see it is coming from the Netherlands. They lie like dogs and now my daughters birthday gifts won't be here in time for her Birthday by any stretch. This is why Americans don't trust foreign companies.
