My Exotic Fruit Anmeldelser

It's a sign of a company with high integrity that when something goes wrong - in this case with the delivery, which had nothing directly to do with My Exotic Fruit - they do something to make things right.

Great customer service, minor issue handled within minutes, kept updated by phone. Above and beyond. I heartily recommend them.

Different but delicious fruits. Well packaged, so no damage to the fruits from transportation. I will buy again.

I ordered a bargain box in the hope of trying one or two new fruit, I was shocked by the amount and variety of fruit i recieved. So many delicious new fruit I am so excited to try them all. There was even a bag containing tiny lemons limes kumquat, longen and many more. Thank you guys for expanding my fruit experience, can't wait to try them all. I also bought some snake fruit and mangoes yummy x

The tastiest fruit I have ever eaten!

Brilliant! I ordered 3 Meyer lemons (to grow from seed). They emailed after a little while to say they were struggling to source them, and did I want my money back or would I be happy to wait a bit longer? I said I'd be happy to wait, and in no time at all, 3 Meyer lemons arrived! Great service, friendly, and kept me informed all the time. Highly recommend.

Amazing products and fast delivery! I ordered a variety of produce, all amazing and a big batch of key limes as I use tons of them. I will be using My Exotic Fruits regularly. Thank you :)

Fantastic service I received my order the day after it was dispatched! All the way to the Highlands of Scotland.
The fruit was in fantastic condition as it was packaged extremely well. I have only tasted one of the sweet mangoes so far and it is absolutely delicious.

I never received my package.and their customer service didn't help either.I waited until I gave up.I don't think they are genuine.

We tried the agbalumo after reading about it in a childrens book (jummy at the river school). Kids and i loved it. We loved trying the new fruit so much that we've decided to try a new fruit every month. Customer service is even helping us put together a list. Would highly recommend.

The fruit were delivered very promptly. The quality was excellent. I would definitely recommend My Exotic Fruit to friends and family.

Amazing products and super fast delivery!

Excellent product, arrived promptly. The first order was a source of intrigue for my postman, he waited to find out what exotic fruit was in the mysterious box lol
Leaves are very good quality and customer service impeccable, I got advice from an actual person on the phone when placing my first order!

Best communication and fruit suppliers.

This was my first order with myexoticfruit. I was very happy with the delivery time and the variety and quality of the fruit. I will certainly be ordering again, for ourselves and family & friends.

The quality of the fruit is superb and I always look forward to my parcel of fruit arriving. It is all well packed, and the customer service is outstanding. On the odd occasion that one of my chosen items is not available, someone contacts me, to let me know and offer alternatives. That’s the kind of service I really appreciate and is so rare nowadays. 5*

Our experience was wonderful, great range of product, excellent web site, clear and precise ordering and full notification of each step in relation to the packing, shipping and delivery of the product.
Happy to recommend this company and exploring their great range of product
