Really lovely fruit
I got the small box of mixed fruits but I wouldn't have described it as small, it had a little bit of lots of different fruits and the box was hefty. The fruit was fresh and came with 2 cards to notify what was ripe and ready, and what needed to be left a few days. All of it was delicious and considering it was delivered, it was in just as good nick as fruit you'd buy from a shop because it was very well packaged.
I'll definitely be treating myself to another bigger box soon, looking forward to seeing what's in it

My exotic fruits is by far the best company I’ve ever ordered exotic fruits from! They have a massive selection from all over the world in different options (dried, fresh etc) the fruit always arrives in great packaging to ensure its safe in transit, not to mention how quick the delivery is. They send cards on how to store the fruits when you receive them, which is great! The customer service is amazing too!

Excellent company
Excellent company. Fruit is as described, if the individual fruits are a little smaller than advertised then they give you more. Delivery is very good. I have ordered from them lots of times. When I have had the occasional problem they have dealt with it promptly, professionally and always courteously. I can't recommend them more highly.

Amazing team and delicious fruits…!
I have been purchasing from MyExotic Fruit since 2019. The quality of each piece of fruit, wrapped carefully as well as the amazing selection really stood out for me. The fact that they listen to their customers, are readily accessible to answer any queries and also have offers available keeps me coming back.

Hello,
Thank you for your review. We aim to offer the most diverse range of exotic fruits of any company in the UK, including of course as you mentioned fruits that people can’t usually find in local grocery stores and supermarkets. As far as we are aware we still have the best range of tropical fruit of any company in the UK! Good to hear that we resolved your issue satisfactorily, sorry there was an issue in the first place.
Thank you for the recommendation and also thank you for your continued custom,

Lucky Winner
I was a lucky winner in a raffle recently. My prize was a basket of fruit provided by My Exotic Fruit. Once we had all of the fruit identified we understood which was already ripe and which needed time to ripen. Over time all have ripened and have now been eaten and enjoyed. A particular favourite was the atemoya (custard apple). Thank you for the very enjoyable experience. I will return for another selection soon.

A wonderful fruitful service - thank you!
Everything with the company was exquisitely handled from start to finish. They answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, made an effort to deliver my fruit with requested stage of ripeness and were friendly and helpful throughout. Delivery was also speedy and seamless, all perfectly packed and fresh as expected. They also included a leaflet with care instructions for the fruit which was very thoughtful and handy. I'll certainly be purchasing again! ⭐

Fantastic fruits
I received a box from My Exotic Fruit on my birthday as a surprise from my girlfriend. What a surprise!!! ))). The box was full of fruits that Ive never heard of or seen before. All of them were placed and packaged carefully, there were notes listing each fruit, stage of ripeness, and a small card with a happy birthday message from my girlfriend. Amazing service, the fruits were exceptional quality, fresh, ready to eat, I'd say my favourites were the yellow dragonfruit, rambutan, longan, bananito, physalis, tamarillo and yellow pitahaya. The haden mango was divine, the stone apple (bael) was a major pleasant surprise with the content inside, might not be for everyone but I liked it))). The kumquats))) wowww loved them. The Korean pear is huge and so good. Honestly, all of the fruits were superb and I shared the experience with my family who were super impressed too. Thank you My Exotic Fruit, thank you to my girlfriend of course, for this tropical fruit surprise. I highly recommend everyone try it.

Do not buy
Do not buy ! My partner ordered a medium box for my birthday ,3/4 of the fruit was either damaged overripe or just bad , upon complaining and after sending photos they refunded him £10 and sent me an artfully arranged photo of the fruit before it was packed with none of the damaged or overripe pieces showing , I have photo evidence so can prove this , some of the other pieces upon opening them are bad , all in all would never recommend this company , when calling no one ever answers and emails are slow , I have requested either another box or a total refund to the person who bought this for me but haven’t yet heard anything , despite their promises of this , beware !
