Wrong Chair Shipped and No Support From Customer Service
I ordered an office chair from this company in early December 2025. It was delivered about 3-weeks later. I unboxed it and put it together that evening. The next day I realized that the chair I recieved was not the chair that I ordered so I sent them an email referencing my order number and described the mistake in shipping. A gentleman named Alex B. from Customer Service replied indicating that the chair I had ordered was a new item for them and they did not have it in stock yet. (Yet it was on their website as available). He indicated they should have the chair in stock in 2-3 weeks, which would have put the correct chair being shipped around the 2nd or 3rd week of February. Around the 1st of April I emailed Alex back again asking the status, he said due to things going on in the world that he was not sure when they would get the correct chair in. He also asked me if I had been using the chair. I responded back that I had sat in it a few times but never eally used it. I have never gotten another response back from Alex B. since. I sent him another email on 4.16.26 to which I have not received a reply. I asked if apecifically "Is it your intent to not do anything to rectify your mistake? If that is the case, let me know please." Still no response.
It is my opinion that this company is poorly ran, the shipping department apparently ships whatever they choose regardless of what the customer ordered. And lastly the Customer Service Department (or at least Alex) is a waste of time. I do not suggest purchasing any product from My Ergo Sky, find what you need elsewhere. Please note: I am not writing this concerning the quality of the chair, to be honest I have not sat in it long enough to judge the character, My issue is with Shipping and Customer Service Departments.
