Birthday balloons for my daughter's 18th birthday
Fantastic!!!! I sent an email the afternoon before my daughters 18th birthday thinking it was far to late but the lovely Suzanne replied back and we got the most wonderful balloons in time to pick up that evening. Just Brilliant
'Wow this is what I really wanted for my birthday ' these are the exact words my son said looking at the balloons we got for his birthday party. What else can I say.. from the selection choices to pick up,everything was brilliant. Such a nice service for busy mums like me. All the very best Suzanne. BTW my son wants a godzilla balloon which has radiation blast falling on gidora monster for his next birthday so good luck with the growing list. :)

Helium filled Birthday balloons

Gorgeous balloons and birthday set up
Suzanne was an absolute dream to work with in creating the fun and beautiful balloon set up for my sons birthday! Very professional and helpful throughout the whole process and put a lot of effort into the little details. Really lovely experience and the balloons lasted over a month to enjoy!

Once again I am very sorry that your order did not arrive quickly. You placed your order at 13.10 on Thursday and it was dropped off at the post office within an hour. We have no idea what date your party is taking place and many customers select our express service for many reasons. Unfortunately you did not read any of our notices on our website warning that Royal Mail strikes were taking place on the date that you placed your order and the following day and also on two dates the following week. Also you ordered during Black Friday and cyber Monday periods which are the busiest periods of the year and huge delays are likely to occur in the system and extra time should be allowed. You also stated to me that you ordered using our express service for Royal Mail 24 as you needed the items the next day. We clearly advertise on our homepage and at check out that our express service is a 1 - 3 day service. This is not a next day service which you stated you had used. I have explained this to you in two emails in great detail. Given that a strike was taking place on the Thursday your order would never have arrived the following day and it was likely to have been up to three days so it may not have arrived until Monday. We do our very best to advise all customers of any delays in the postal service and if customers contact us we will always do our best to dispatch quickly or give you advice with regards likely arrival times, but we cannot be held responsible if customers do not read the guidance delivery times on our website.
