Lovely staff , spotless hospital , fantastic surgeon, 100% recommend

I had an incredible experience with Mydora. I cannot praise them enough. My whole experience was plain sailing and smooth thanks to the best patient coordinator, Zeynep! Even my companion was included in meals etc.
I'll try to keep my experience brief but useful;
Beforehand, all my questions (even the silly ones!) Were answered professional and promptly. They kept me updated in the run up to the surgery of things I should and shouldn't be doing, and they were always very pleasant. And non-pushy!
When I landed at the airport, my coordinator, Zaynep, was waiting to greet me and my companion. She even bought me flowers!! We were then transferred to the hotel for a good night's rest. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, staff there were lovely and had everything we wanted. Very handy, it was located on a city street in the middle of lots of shops so we were always close by to anything we needed!
The next morning, Zeynep and the driver arrived to take my companion and me to the hospital. The hospital was outstanding. Every member of staff there was incredibly kind. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. I had my pre-op tests done then a few hours later was taken to surgery. Everyone there made me feel at ease the whole way through. When I woke from surgery, I was told my coordinator had kept my companion updated the whole way through, which was a lovely touch as it put my sister's mind at ease and she was able to update our family at home. I was checked on alot after surgery, given plenty of pain medication and was always asked if I needed anything. They were truly incredible.
Two days later we were transferred back to the hotel to recover and rest. Nurses were sent to me at the hotel to check the healing and change my dressings. Throughout it all my coordinator was in constant contact asking if she could help in any way! Managed to get up and see a little bit of the city which was lovely.
Two days later I met with my surgeon for a final check-up. He was incredible and went through the procedure thoroughly.
The next day I flew home, my coordinator insisted on accompanying me to the airport, even though it was 5am!
I've actually wondered when they sleep, because no matter the time, 11pm or 4am, they were always available for anything I needed. Now that I'm home and recovering, that's still the case. I'm still in regular contact with Zeynep who will help with anything.

I'd also like to add that this isn't the first time I've been to Istanbul for surgery. I used a different clinic before. I can hand on heart say that Mydora have been the best- by far!! Hand on heart would recommend them to anyone. And if you do get in contact with them (good choice!)- ask to speak to Zeynep personally. She is incredible!

I made the choice to get a dental implant due to some issues with teeth loss. Initially, I explored several clinics in Istanbul in search of the right treatment, but unfortunately, I couldn't find one that matched my expectations. It was then that a friend recommended Mydora to me, and it turned out to be a game-changer.

One of my concerns was finding suitable accommodation, but with Mydora, they have everything conveniently included in their packages. This made my entire treatment experience incredibly well-organized and stress-free, thanks to the added benefit of accommodation and transportation arrangements.

It was an amazing experience with excellent care, the staff were welcoming and assisted us through day and night. Despite 3 months passing, they voluntarily contact us and show genuine interest of our progress and health. Sincerely, I would reccomend Mydora to others who wish for surgery with great aftercare.

I had an amazing journey with them. They took care of everything in detail. They found the best surgeon, best hospital for me. Communication was very good. They work with ethical values.If you would like to come Turkey, they're the best!
