very helpful website but not user friendly

If there were an option for no stars out of 5, I would give this service that. I paid for the platinum service, meaning they did basically all of it, and after years of trying to get them to do the final work I’m still not divorced. I can’t get anyone to call me back. Over $600 waste as well as time I can’t get back. I would not recommend the service to anyone.

I decided to use this service because I though it would be a quick and easy way to get a quick divorce without it costing me an arm and a leg but so far I have experience poor service. The timeline was not met and when I call for updates all I am told is that I have to wait. The same guy, Holland, always answers and seems clueless as to what it going on, which results in poor customer service. When I asked to speak to someone else, I was refused. Now after reading reviews from others I know that it will not get better so I will be requesting a refund...

I dont know why they are taking so long for processing even they already received everything by mail since the 8th of September. They keep saying they waiting for filling department to check the paper . But its been past 3 weeks since they received the paper.My soon to be ex husband is very anxious because of the wait time .we cannot start doing what we have to do to move forward and settle things . Its either they need to give me full refund or they have to do what they suppose to do . If I would've known this will happen I could just use a lawyer for this .

I work with all First Lines and that includes News and the way I was treated; I don't see anyone enveloping their involving. Please, I'm a FEMA PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER; THEIR TIME SCALE IS A MISLEADING.

i paid for this service and then was told i have to subscribe to a service. Then no one there could find me.
then my account was debited for the online subscription and when i went online to complete the process it told me my service had expired even though the debit was 5 days earlier from my account.

Naturally,i was nervous about the whole online process because so much personal information is involved with getting a divorce,but the questions were simple ,it did not take long at all and very inexpensive. I'm not great with computer but I felt completely competent during the process so I thank you guys for your sevice....

I decided to use MyDivorce papers to file my divorce online, in hopes of a cost effective and quick method to end my marriage.  I WAS WRONG! Despite paying not only for their service but also a fee to expedite the process (2-5 business days papers be delivered) my divorce over a year later never was finalized. The combination of poor communication, excessive hold times, constant run around and being told to just wait, resulted in my divorce being dropped by the court. Not only did they not complete my divorce, the papers took months to be sent off to my ex-wife, the expedited delivery was certified mail (not serving her) which resulted in missed attempts of delivery and repeated fees to send papers that were never sent expedited as promised. Nearly a year later and no divorce finalized. The papers are received by my ex-wife. She mistakenly sends to the courthouse and MyDivorce states their services are rendered?? Services rendered = I am divorced. Yet the case was cancelled by the court several weeks prior, which  NO ONE from the company was aware of until I brought it up to their attention. When I asked for them to fix the situation and re-open the divorce they refused and said they had done  their job...which was to get me divorced which I was not. After nearly a dozen calls (holding for 45 min + at a time) to their customer services and promises for a manager to call me back the next day (which never happened) I was finally able to speak to a manager who said I would receive a refund and a call back the next day. Guess what?? No call back and no refund. Another dozen calls later, I was told I needed to make an online request so they could process my refund. This was yet another lie. They denied my request and I had to start my divorce completely over. I ended  up filing my divorce myself and finally received my papers on my own for half the price and 1/8th of the time for their "expedited divorce" process. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a scam. I hired them because I wanted divorce and I do not know how the process works. They kept telling me to wait a few more weeks and call back, and wait and few more weeks and call back. But never did anything to help the process or provide guidance until it was too late and the judge had closed the case. When you hire an attorney or company you expect them to know the rules and deadlines as part of their services. This company does not follow through with their word and is a waste of money. I am divorced now but no thanks to them. PLEASE think twice before using this company and they took my money and never did their job.

You get what you pay for. I paid the extended fee for personal service, etc. I was told they were going to serve my husband by certified mail. That's not what I paid for nor what I want. The customer services agents I spoke to are arrogant, not helpful and difficult to understand because they don't speak English very well. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent said he wouldn't transfer me unless I told him why I wanted to speak to a supervisor! They had my papers for a week but no action taken. I have no children, no division of property and I am not asking for any money, yet, I was told nothing had been done with my file. I have requested a refund. If you don't know the law, go to an attorney - this is not the site for you.

My experience with MyDivorcePapers.com was great and I understood the questions that were asked. Would I refer to a friend, I would.

one of the worst customer service I ever had.. did the online test and as soon a I finished I to a lawyer to help he helped in 10 mins . so I called the same day asking for refund and was told I cant get it.. I talked to 3 different managers (all who sounded like not from America) and got the same answer ...I just paid 139 for nothing

I was wanting to know where to start with my divorce and I went to this website to get more information. They charged me without my permission as it needed payment information to get me to the next step but said it would not charge me. I asked for a refund but they said they would not give it to me because o. Pm played the steps although I did not complete the last step because I just wanted to know how much and what process it would be. Customer service a nice but this company only wants your money and once they get it they are unhelpful.

As I sit on the phone for the past 55 minutes and still on hold this company is not that great I am trying to finish off my divorce with one final step and this is becoming very frustrating you took my money won’t answer calls at all so I say again I am very disappointed. I will continue to write a bad review until this is resolved so if your company likes bad review so be it then. Truly you guys could care less.

You have to wait for 3 days to get the form, they are trying to get more money by not giving you the forms. Then once you get the form after wait for 3 days, if you edit something, that they will trick you to do. Then you have to wait again for 3 days or pay extra $$$. The customer service is a jock, no answer on the phone or chat, not even a response to your email.

Great Site; Very user friendly
