Amazing staff and service
Every member of staff that I have spoken to at My Debt plan have been absolutely amazing. They have been kind, supportive, understanding and extremely helpful. They made sure that I knew what all my options were in a clear way so that I was fully informed to make the right decision for me. They have put my mind at ease and helped me to see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend them.

AWFUL SCAM COMPANY WHO WILL STEAL FROM YOU
I spoke to my debt plan and decided to not continue with them!!!!! as they aren’t registered on the GOV debt website. But today they’ve just taken £95 out of my bank?!!!!! So now I’m down nearly a hundred quid and also had to cancel my bank card !!!!! SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT !!!!!!!!!

From our review of your account, card details were provided and a payment schedule was set up after the advice process had been completed. As we were unable to make further contact afterwards, the case was later cancelled. Unfortunately, the payment instruction had not yet been stopped at the time the scheduled payment was processed, which is why the payment was taken.
We can confirm that we have already responded to you regarding this matter and are arranging for the payment to be refunded. This was an administrative oversight rather than our intention, and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We are definitely not a scam company.

Please avoid this terrible company with a barge pole. My husband and i were informed that an IVA would stop all contact with creditors.
We received our council tax bill today only to find that last years debt,which MY DEBT PLAN, assured us would be included in our IVA is subject to court proceedings.
Anyone know how to stop this scam company from harassing us for weekly payments please

When an IVA is set up, creditors such as the council may still issue statements or submit a claim as part of the formal process, but this does not necessarily mean the debt has been excluded from the arrangement, and in your case it has been included within your plan.
We can see that our team has been trying to reach you regarding your recent payment schedule. These contact attempts are made to ensure the arrangement continues as planned and to provide support if there are any challenges with maintaining the agreed payments.
