Mind was put at ease through out the telephone call. Consultant who l spoke with explained everything to me and even when l didn't understand she took the time out to explain it further to me so l was more aware of what was going to happen.

The experience has been very quick, easy and has really put my mind at rest. The consultants are very friendly, super helpful and gave me very good advice , listened to me.

The initial contact and procedure was completed with care and understanding from all advisors.

The caller gave us respect understood why we got in a mess, by multiple outside factors, Cost of living, inflation in rent, bills that we couldn’t afford still can’t as Universal credit doesn’t help.

Long and boring but it’s done and out the way now.
