Mixed Experience with Delays, but Ultimately Delivered
I recently had an interesting experience with Mydawa online pharmacy that left me with mixed feelings. While the delays and poor customer service were frustrating, the fact that my order eventually arrived saved the day.
First and foremost, I must acknowledge the delays in the delivery process. My order took significantly longer to arrive than the estimated timeframe provided on the website. At times, it felt like waiting for a package from across the globe. This was compounded by a lack of timely communication regarding the delays. Speaking of customer service, this was definitely a low point of the experience. It seemed as though the representatives were overwhelmed or perhaps understaffed. While I understand that online businesses can encounter challenges, it's important for customer service to be responsive and empathetic. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. My inquiries were often met with generic replies that did little to address my concerns.
However, it's not all doom and gloom. Despite the delays and customer service hiccups, my order did eventually arrive. I must commend the pharmacy for fulfilling their promise in the end. The products I ordered were in good condition and properly packaged, which demonstrated their commitment to delivering quality items.
In conclusion, my experience with this online pharmacy was a rollercoaster of emotions. The delays and lackluster customer service were significant drawbacks that made the entire process more frustrating than it needed to be. However, the fact that my order did arrive intact and as expected prevents me from giving a completely negative review. There is potential here, but improvements are needed in terms of communication and customer support to ensure a smoother and more satisfying shopping experience for customers.

I am pleased with the work mydawa is doing the only thing that happened and I did not like it is of the delay but at the end of the day it it happened I'm so happy for that I got my my order 3 hours and a half off.

The order goes smoothly nly when they get your order right. On more than two ocassions they have delivered less items than I ordered and it is a mission to get them to give you a refund for items they did not deliver but happily take your money. I have had to follow up relentlessly for refunds on whatsapp or on phone. They seem too busy to care

Today I experienced a very unprofessional rider by the name Emmanuel. He called me but I missed his call and I returned his call after like 15 minutes later and he said he was in Ngong. I called again at 3:28pm and he was still in Ngong and he told me he has other clients deliveries not mine alone!! In 15 minutes he called asking for directions which I explained to him but he asked for a pin location claiming that my delivery didn’t indicate my location well. In another 10 minutes he wasn’t picking my calls.. after a short while my order had been a signed another rider… he needs to learn how to talk to clients well and communicate if he can’t manage to make the delivery within the stipulated time. This is an order I placed on Friday and up to now I haven’t received my package..
Repulsive services!
I ordered at 11am. It's 8pm my order still hasn't arrived. I contacted the rider who was very rude and said "Sina" I had to call my dawa where I was on hold for more than 10, minutes. The first lady I spoke to said she would get back to me but never did. The second lady did but gave me the info of a different rider with no explanation. Then the 2nd rider contacted me and was like "na nitafika huko kweli?" even after i had already paid the delivery fee at my dawa. These people will just waste your time. Not worth it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MY DAWA.

This is probably the best online pharmacy in Kenya. They sell a wide array of medicine and deliver within 4 hours.
I have used them many times and I have always been pleased with the ease of use of the app, as well as the execution of service.

I ordered and paid online for some products. Made payment, but the payment could not complete on the platform.
The day that the platform was activated by a customer care agent (They never give names), the price of one of the items had increased. As i was not willing to purchase the item at said price, i cleared my cart, and started following up a refund.
To put it mildly, this is where the cat and mouse games started, was informed reversal had been initiated on 7th December, and would reflect within 72 hours, till date, no reversal has happened
