Don't even deserve 1 star
Don't even deserve 1 star I placed a £75 order on the 11th of this month was supposed to be my birthday presents, I've heard nothing more about my purchases and they have not replied to my email asking where my purchases are and if they have been dispatched to me yet tried to call and just rang then said "the number I called can't take my call".
I'm beginning to think I've been scammed so will not be using this company again 🤨
Edit I finally got a reply from them and my package was finally dispatched yesterday which is a relief but their communication really does need to be addressed and someone should be available to speak with over the phone, I called a few times and was cut off and they answered once and just pressed buttons before hanging up again which is a shame I hope they manage to sort their customer service out so other customers don't get the same treatment.
