Do not buy from this company! It is China based and not from London at all.
My experience is the same as several of the below comments / posts.
I ordered a body-shaper from this company believing it to be a London-based company with an ethical background (as per 'Our Story' on their website).
When I received the dispatch email with a tracking number it turned out the product comes from China. So - neither ethical nor from the UK!
On receipt of the product it turned out that it didn't fit either so I followed the process of emailing them to get a refund/return. I am being asked to send it to China, which means the cost of postage is pretty much the cost of the product itself.
This is a scam - so beware and steer clear!!!
I had the same standard response from them as others had before me. There's no point in communicating with them or contacting the Customer Services Team, as they will just re-iterate their previous instructions.
I have had confirmation that Trading Standards are looking into this company.

EDIT: My Hairdryer arrived and it was so dangerous and there were metal elements showing underneath a cheap plastic comb which did heat up really 🔥 I will take this to trading standards as it is highly dangerous. I have photos but can't put them on here unless I find a way.
I ordered a hair dryer from this company believing it to be a UK company as there was nothing to suggest otherwise. I got an email to say that it had been dispatched and a tracking number so I checked it. Lo and behold it is coming from China! I do not want my order as the website states 5-8 days order arrives.
I have since bought another Hairdryer and I would urge anyone who is thinking of buying off this company to not do so please!! Others on here have said that the hairdryers arrive with two pin plugs and no uk kitemark to say they are tried and tested. Others have said that they have caught fire.
I am disgusted to think I have been scammed. My bank will be my next step as will trading standards and anywhere else that will listen to me.
The response on here from this company to complaints is all the same off script and no one cares at all as they now have my money. I feel stupid. 😪

Hairdryer failed after two months of light use. Nearly electrocuted me! Sparks came out and then cut out. Emailed my cosmetics to ask for a refund, not intrested!! If you look on their website all five star reviews, Lies! Cant even say this was cheap rubbish as it was comparable to similar products price wise. Sorry I had to pick one star as not even worth that. Do your self a favour and buy some where else.

I would encourage anyone thinking of ordering from this company to read all details and check prior to placing the order as items are sent from China without stating so and are not fit for purpose. Please read all reviews first!! I will be reporting this company!
No surprise the company responded quickly to the review but hasn’t responded to any of my emails since when submitting the information they asked for (sent numerous times previously) Absolutely appalling!!
UPDATE!!! Eventually I received the returns label, returned the item, tracked it, confirmed it had arrived with them and yet again NO RESPONSE and NO REFUND. This has to be the worse company I have ever dealt with!!!
Update. They are now refusing to refund me because the return was out of date when it clearly shows on the return receipt and tracking that it was returned and received on time. I will not give up!!!

This company is a scam. You pay for goods that you don't receive. After emailing them from 9th April for goods purchased on 24th March. I still haven't received anything. They keep saying that I will receive my goods. I've had to report the transaction to my bank as the would not give me a refund. Buyers beware, this is a scam

Horrendous company
Horrendous company. Have been waiting since March for my £60 refund on shapewear that i purchased back in January.
I always try and give bussiness ample time as thing do happen but this is ridiculous. The item itself once recieved was only worth £10 (I got an exact same pair for this price) and when I do contact them I always get fobbed off with 'you have been escalated as an urgent matter'. I will never purchase from them again but I will be obtaining my refund one way or another.
