I ordered from this website and after three weeks when the item hasn't arrived, I tried numerous times to contact the company both via email and phone. The phone number is discontinued and no one responds to your emails. I've had to dispute this with my card company who are looking into it, but please save your money and don't purchase from here!

Scam site. No produxt received. No email confirmation. Do not order!

I paid 89 pounds!!! For a skincare product. Nothing was sent. I emailed- no response. I rang the number from the website- someone said it was a wrong number! Obvious horrible scam defalrauding people of money- stealing in broad day light, they should be in prison.

Ordered & paid in full for hair styler. Received confirmatory email advising would contact when delivery due. After one month, nothing. I emailed all various addresses to enquire when I could expect my order. Zero replies. Finally written to address on website (London) demanding refund. If I don't hear back, I will be contacting trading standards & small claims court.

Another scammer!! £42 wasted on bras that didn't fit. Numerous text messages, photo including the size. All to no avail. They eventually said a credit wouldn't be issued as the wrong size was ordered. No offer of an exchange

few months ago I bought 'Electric Foot Callus Removerer'
After few uses the product stoped working.
I have contact mycosmeticslondon for replacment and they refused to replace or refund.
Stay away from this company they are crooks.
Now I am dealing with them through the frud department of my card.
I am not suprised that they raring is 1.1 stars on Trustpilot.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. £80 gone - no order updates and no one responding to my emails or phone calls. Must be a scam of a business surprised the site hasn’t been shut down.

3 weeks and iv still not received items! The contact number is a mobile number that's never answered! The company states it's based in London when it's not it's in china!!! £37.89 spent I'm still waiting for my order! Email reply was very poor! No tracking either! I wish I'd looked this company up first and saw the reviews before I ordered! My advice AVOID!!! Terrible company

Complete scammers!!

Ordered thinking they were a reputable UK company, but the item was sent from China. Completely different pillow, and not even made properly with a defect.

Pretended to me they would investigate, and now ignoring me.

Scam! Ordered slimming patches. They don't work!!! No instruction in the package ,very expensive and they don't work at all!!

They aren’t in London. They are in China. To return you have to pay postage to China because the item is nowhere near as described. Cheap rubbish at a premium price.

I should have known better. What a scam! I received my mirror, late and absolutely smashed to smitherines! Have emailed them three times and only get another email back telling me that my issue has been forwarded to the 'relevant department'... aka their ignore and bin yet another complaint department. How do we get trashy businesses like this shut down? They're awful.

Please be mindful they say they are a UK based company but returns go to china.

i ordered on instinct and have just received my Fringe ,its hilarious , i have asked for a refund but im guessing looking at this lot its not going to happen !!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ...if they are a company at all. I have been waiting for a refund since October 2024. I returned my unwanted order to China ...that was a mistake as it cost over £25.00 to post. I will never see a refund and have learned a valuable lesson here. Do not trade with these people, they have no conscience and do not care.

I would give it no stars. Order eye cream.
Tiny amount of product can't use it as you have to pump it out of a syringe. Not enough in it. Asked for a refund, but not expecting one.

Do not order with this company. Worst customer service ever experienced, and it’s doubtful that it’s a legitimate company.
I ordered an item which was delivered two weeks late, and I’ve spent the last 3 weeks trying to get a refund.

I gave my cosmetics London two stars for sending packaging labelled with the size I had ordered but containing garments of a different size. I now publish a one star review. In November 2024, I returned the wrong-sized garments to the address Anita supplied in China. I twice supplied photos of the sizing labels, twice supplied the return address I was given and used, twice supplied a scanned receipt for postage in November, but Customer Services prevaricates and has failed to send the garments in the correct size or to provide a refund. Please read the numerous similar reviews and you will see a definite pattern of refund or replacement failure.
