We figured an online company would be hard to get ahold of. Not this one! Every time we had a question their were right there to answer it. Real people called us, real people answered the phone. It was amazing customer service. I would highly recommend using them!!! Now I know why are CPA recommended them so highly.

Quick, easy and professional

For a company that supposed to specialize in incorporating, I had to correct at least two separate times the information regarding an address, a name and titles of the owners (C corporation) for mycorporation.com in three separate phone calls, yes it should have taken one call. I almost could've done it myself but wanted the swiftness/convenience of a company that specializes in doing it for me.

My Corp charged my account for filing fess that I never agreed too. When I first spoke with my representative Scott he asked if we would be filling through them or taking care of the filling on our own. I advised that we would be taking care of it on our own. Recently they hit my account for the filling fees that I did not agree with them doing. I am almost convinced that this company is a scam. Research this company more before you proceed anything with them.

Lack of timely updates is probably the biggest problem. MyCorporation should spell out the date of receipt right from the beginning. Saying 20 business days isn't clear.
