Never having done this before, I needed to find the company which would properly setup my new company while giving me the information I needed about the process. MyCorp did all that.

Most new companies will not need all of the elements offered, so you need to have a bit of knowledge to know what you need and what you do not need. In a phrase - great, trustworthy, fast.
