Feeling jipped. The awful part is that they mislead you from the start. They are located in China and deliveries take over 35 days, not as they say in their emails. Although they offer returns it’s not a full return. They only offer to give you 20% back and you keep product. They call it “goodwill” that they only offer that amount back after they failed to disclose they are located in China and returning a product will be at your expense. They also lie and say their headquarters is in the U.S. but returns are handled in China, yet the product was shipped from Pennsylvania. They are stealing peoples money with products that don’t match description as well. I ordered a zip up jacket and was looking for a specific material. I read product description before buying it and compared against another jacket. Not only was the jacket sent a different material but it was built for a child. Buyers beware look up company reviews before buying.

I was promised an adjustment in October 2025 and even with monthly repeated requests received responses that my reque sy would be expedited, this China based company has NEVER followed through! SCAM ALERT!
Sizes much too small!

I placed a order over a month ago. I have yet to receive it. Nor have I received any notice of shipping, I have contacted them and they refer to the otherorderI placed another time. My credit card has paid for this order which I sent copy of it to them. They respond back with the order I received but that order is not the $48,00 I am looking for. My bank says before they can take it off my bill, I need to work with company.

Terrible!! Wish I would’ve done more research.. received my order over a month after I ordered.. quality is terrible so disappointed. 😔

I received Order MCB-SL-9794 in the mail USPS tracking 94001361061942960123 61 on 10/20/2025. I ordered Red and received Pink for color in both L and XL sets. I need Red for a Red Gala event at UW Madison University; it cannot be pink. When I called to return both L and XL Two Piece Lounge Set with Summer Wide Pants Outfit, as both are the incorrect color/items. The color in on the website said Red in the photo reflects red. When I went to return incorrect items, I was told shipping moved from NY to China and now I would have to pay shipping and customs charges to return. They wanted to give me a % off on another purchase for the error. They did not return approval, due to incorrect color/items received. I would never ever do business with this scam business! My Comfy Blouse is nothing but a fraudulent so called business. Do NOT buy from them.

It took a month to get my product. It was mis-sized badly and not as expected. After a month of emails from Premier Trust Store asking for detail after detail over and over again, I was finally provided with an address in CHINA to return it to. The cost was more than half the price of the product. They refused to reimburse me for shipping, so I donated it to a shelter Buyer beware this is a rip off Company

They took my money immediately and just like all the other reviews word for word, no reply to my inquiry and generic emails with coupons to purchase more. Just now 22 days later, they finally say it has shipped and wait another 10 to 15 days for delivery. The story about the designer and owner of this “store” has to be a scam. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I can’t imagine what my simple order of underwear will look like … if it ever arrives.

Negative stars if I could! Ordered a $60 Christmas gift on 12/13 after the site said it would arrive by 12/24….well here we are February 1st and it’s still not here! If it does arrive, i sure hope there is some quality to the item!

This website is terrible! I ordered five blouses, and I hated all of them, as they were subpar in every way you can imagine. The material is cheap. The blouses do not look like they do in the photos and more than anything I have been stuck with the cost of five blouses as well as the postal cost of returning three blouses to China with proof of return through the post office. I got no refund for anything and no reply from a human, all just a chat bot. Very frustrating, a terrible company, do not deal with them. It is not worth it! Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company selling online. They should be banned from the US.WORST PRODUCT! WORST COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Ordered 2 bras and said delivered but never received it, I have ordered it before and received it, this time it didn’t come to my house, filed a dispute but they said it was delivered so there’s nothing they can do, unfortunately for me, I paid for the item but didn’t get it, so they won’t refund the money back to me, so it was a lose, lose situation for me, they lost a loyal customer sadly because I reorder those because I can’t find anything else that’s more comfy! Wish that they were able to resend it or refund it for the inconvenience

DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM
Do not purchase from this company. You will not receive your order for a month or more. You will not receive communication which addresses your inquiries on a status. Just 3rd party replies with canned responses saying they ship the next business day (in my case it had been 14+ days since ordering)

No acknowledgement of your request for a status or a cancellation. They are just biding their time so they can say it is out for shipment to you. After you finally receive your order (poorly constructed, cheap snagged fabric, hems sewn in wrong direction, thread pulling out ) and you ask to return, provide your reason for a return, and include your pictures showing proof of poor quality. You receive another email asking to provide a reason for the return again. And so the cycle continues.. I suspect they are keeping the ridiculous cycle going until the 30 day return policy has expired. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM

1/18 they replied asking to provide a reason for return with the following content:

Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow returns for orders that have exceeded our return policy date. We appreciate your understanding.

We will wait for your response on why you wish to return the item so we can provide you with further instructions.

1/19 replied back with their tracking link and pic which shows date of delivery, all the pics of poor quality (again), and the clothing back in the original packaging asking for the return. I will keep replying but feeling defeated😒

Negative stars if possible. I am so sorry I didn't read the reviews first. Same experience as all have mentioned. I ordered $140 for 4 outfits, also on 11/28 for Christmas presents and on the evening of 12/24 I finally received package but it was not my order but a family set of cheap plaid and navy polyester pajamas. I've gotten the same nonsense emails as everyone else. I was going to return tomorrow but after looking at all these posts it seems they won't actually refund my money after the return is sent!?!?! Made my order at the beginning of December, then tried to cancel immediately after seeing these reviews. I have been going back and forth with a very unhelpful customer service for a month and they keep sending me the same automated messages. Finally after 3 weeks of telling me they would cancel, but then told me it was too late. It has been over a month and I still haven't received my item. They also said if I want to return it I need to pay for shipping to China, but on the website it says they are based in the U.S. and will provide pre-paid shipping labels. They said they will no longer honor that and it is up to me to return this item that I have yet to receive.

I ordered from My Comfy Blouse on Black Friday (11/28/25), and it has now been over six weeks with no delivery. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable for an online retailer.

To make matters worse, the package is supposedly at my local USPS, but they will not release it unless I pay an additional $9.84. I was already charged for shipping at the time of purchase, so there is no reason I should be asked to pay again due to the company’s shipping error.

I have informed the company that I no longer want the item and requested a full refund. Their customer service has been unhelpful and disappointing throughout this entire process.

This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Proceed with caution before ordering.

They never shipped my item and stopped replying to emails about the item. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.

They will not answer emails. It has been over 30 days and I have not received my order.! this is a scam and fraudulent company. They take your money and never send your stuff you order!

Miserable experience. The color was wrong and the quality was garbage. They won’t accept returns and I’ll have to pay for shipping. Hindsight is 20/20. I’ll be attempting to dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

HORRIBLE!!!! Was told not to return my item because the return would have to go overseas and it would cost me too much to send back, so they offered me money back instead. NEVER received any money back after months and months of emails, keep telling me their accounts team has the request and is being processed.....it's been 3 months now.....
