Excellent from start to finish
We recently ordered custom football shirts from MyClubGroup for our Oxygen Finance team, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Charlie provided outstanding support throughout. Always quick to respond, clear with updates, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The kit arrived ahead of schedule, and the quality of the shirts is fantastic.
The whole process felt easy and well‑managed, and it’s clear that the team at MyClubGroup take real pride in their work.

Solway Sociable Cycling Clubs new kit
The Solway Sociable Cycling Club wanted to have a new kit. We contacted My Club and dealt with James Monk as our contact. James was excellent to deal with and this made the entire ordering process very smooth.

School Teams
We have now ordered two sets of personalised rugby kits for our school in France. Both the quality of design and material that have been delivered have been exceptionally good.
We are very pleased with this and have started a new rollout of pupil lad kit for the future on variety of other sports teams and look forward to a long relationship with MyClub!

Took 3 months with little updates, good shirts though
The shirts took about 3 months to arrive with very little updates on the process even when sending multiple follow up emails. Overall though the quality is great and the shirts are good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m really pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality of your garments.
I’m very sorry for the delay with your order, and for the lack of clear updates, especially as you had to chase us more than once. That isn’t the experience we aim to provide.
To clarify what happened: the original parcel was unfortunately lost by DHL. We did then re-order your shirts, but because these are made to order, that meant going through a full production cycle again, which is why it took much longer than it should have for you to finally receive them. I’m sorry we didn’t explain that clearly at the time or provide a more accurate timeline.
We’ve since tightened our process so that if anything goes missing in transit, it’s logged immediately, a replacement is actioned promptly, and customers receive consistent progress updates through to delivery.
I’ve also tried to reach you personally to talk this through, but haven’t managed to catch you yet. I would be more than happy to discuss further if you wish.
Thank you again for your patience, and for your honest feedback, it helps us improve.

Teddy Daniels was fantastic, getting in touch with me very speedily and then checking every detail of my order was correct. I was really surprised how quickly and easily it was all sorted. In fact, I ordered our kit about two months later than another team I play for did, and our order arrived before Christmas. I'm still waiting for my kit for the other team! And that's with a much larger, quite prestigious kit-maker...

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from Myclub from the initial enquiry all the way through to recieving the kit. The ability to design your own kit is fantastic and the kids loved designing their own version which was put to a vote. Clearly you have to be mindful of ordering numbers as you can't order one or two after your initial order. Sizing guide was great and the quality seems robust with it been laser printed over embroidery.

Kits perfect and James Monk is a legend
James Monk was so helpful I can't thank him enough. He was patient when I was being difficult at times and remained calm and was always happy to help with all my problems. The kits themselves are of very good quality and exactly how I imagined and hoped they'd looked.
