I've always dealt with home cleaners off the books through word of mouth with mixed results. But when a friend of mine tried Myclean, and had an good experience, I figured I'd give it a shot. I like the idea of a business being held accountable for its workers and maintaining a schedule. I've been using the service for more than a year now. I consistently get a great clean with the same great cleaner at an affordable price. It gives me confidence knowing if there ever were a problem, there are people who will step in and make it right. That's simply something you don't get from a single cleaner. I've gotten to know my cleaner and she tells me she gets paid more than she did at other services, and that's just an added bonus. I would fully recommend this service without reservations.

We recently used myclean in our two bedroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised when the cleaning was done. Everything was sparkling. Setting up the appointment only took a few seconds and by the next day we had a clean apartment. In the future we have the ability to book the same cleaner which is a great feature! My first myclean experience was excellent!

Our cleaner came to clean our 1 bedroom apt this past weekend and did an awesome job! The apartment was spotless and smelled great; she cleaned everything from the floors (twice) to the dusty nooks and crannies and the stovetop, toilet, shower, windows, etc.. The convenience of being able to schedule online is a huge plus for MyClean and it feels great to come home to a sparkling apartment on a Saturday afternoon. Thorough, professional and easy to schedule, MyClean can't be beat in NYC for the price and service - they should link up with AirBNB!

I have been a MyClean customer for both my home and business for three years. Without reservation, I would recommend this company to anyone. The staff is courteous, professional and obviously trained to do their jobs well. I have used many professional cleaning services, but this is by far the best; well-managed, organized and the cleaning is great. My experience with the cleaners when they've come to my home or office is that they take their time and are there to do things the right way.

The main difference between this service and many of the others is the people behind the business. Top to bottom you'll be treated the right way. It's not unusual for Mike Scharf, the CEO, to reach out to make sure that everything has been going well and I'm satisfied with the service. The cleaners themselves are great too. Kind, friendly and reliable.

I have used other cleaning companies in the past and the others consistently sent different cleaners to every appointment and often cancelled on me in the last minute before the appointment. MyClean sends me the same awesome cleaner every time and is very reliable.
