We are in different time zones, sometimes with that, that could be aggravating trying to get in touch with someone, BUT NOT THEM! fast responses and very much for their customers!! no better site to receive your machines!

Machines are great and worth every penny! And customer service is excellent!! They promptly helped me with troubleshooting my machine, and we figured it out that I needed to wash two tiny filters. Now everything is like new!!

My experience with support team member
My experience with support team member, Amelia, has been great. I contacted in regards to shipping information and she quickly responded informing me that my machine would be sent out as soon as possible.
