Om My CatScan
Skrevet af virksomheden
Genetic testing that is safe, easy, and purr-fect for any breed of cat!
My CatScan® is the ultimate genetic screen designed exclusively for cats. Regardless of age or breed, every cat can benefit from this comprehensive assessment. With over 120 diseases, traits, and coat colors covered–as well as blood type–it is the most extensive and accurate analysis on the market.
This genetic test is performed using a non-invasive cheek swab collected from your cat's mouth. The test results will provide you with comprehensive insights into your cat’s genetic makeup, including potential health risks associated with certain genetic markers. Understanding these risks can empower you to take proactive steps in managing your cat’s health and well-being.
Knowing a cat’s genetic health will allow you to:
• Care for diseases that are treatable
• Prepare for a pet emergency
• Predict future medical problems, saving costly diagnostic workups
• Find appropriate mate for a cat, avoiding producing kittens with genetic diseases
My CatScan’s results are highly reliable, with an accuracy rate exceeding 99%. Results will be sent directly to you within 14 days once our lab receives your sample. Our advanced technology and extensive genetic database contribute to the precision and trustworthiness of your test outcomes.
Have questions? Our team of expert veterinarians and geneticists are here to help with testing decisions, sample submission guidelines, and genetic counseling. Visit our website to learn more about My CatScan!
