Following my review I received a call and they said they have been having issues with email. I hope they've fixed their email issues now. They sent a new batch of cat grass out. One of my cats showed no interest, but my other cat (it was bought for her) absolutely loves it. She took to it immediately and visits it regularly for a chew.

4 stars due to order/contact issues and I also wonder if some of the packaging could be changed to be more sustainable (the soil delivered in a plastic tub).

Wondering if it's a scam honestly. Love the idea, ordered. Delivery got stuck with DPD and never delivered. I've tried emailing, contact form and Facebook to contact the company with zero response.

EDIT- Communication is poor, they lied about sending a second parcel to replace the “lost” one, luckily it did arrive but a simple email saying it should be with you without lying would’ve been enough. We had an issue with Royal Mail failing to deliver before the 21st of April. When we reached out to My Cat Grass, without hesitation, they sent a replacement parcel! We’ve ordered from here before and never been disappointed, and if our cat approves, well that’s all the matters, because cat! Excellent products and Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend My Cat Grass to anyone with cats.

There are very few places where you can buy quality ready grown cat grass. Our Buddy is more than slightly under the weather at the moment, but hasn't left the grass alone since it arrived. 😊

It’s the second time I had to ask for my delivery although I have a subscription and should receive it automatically. They don’t respond to your mail but do send the grass after the reminder/request

My Cat Grass has helped reduce the problems our cat was suffering from fur balls enormously and the cat grass station looks super-stylish in our kitchen too!

Absolutely ridiculous, im 10 days in without no dispatch notice or confirmation. Ive tried contacting the company to no avail.

First time ordering from this site. Arrived when stated and in well protected packaging.

grass looks great to me...but cats not very interested...hope they will get the idea soon....t

Order placed on 25th Feb, received on 17th March - not exactly 5-7 day shipping. Helpful info inside though and look forward to growing

Arrived before date expected very well packed easy instructions now need to wait for it to grow I would highly recommend and will be buying again

I received a fault spray bottle, it had a hole in the bottom. Paid for 24hr delivery and order was delivered a week later. Sent an email but had no response

Quick delivery, as ordered - and my dog loves it! I wanted to make sure he wasn't eating grass that had been peed on by multiple other dogs on his walks and this is just right.

TERRIBLE SERVICE- I paid for an overnight service st more than 8£. I received my order more a week later. WHY? because somewhere hidden on their website it states that whatever price shipping you pay you will receive the grass when it will be grown. so it could take 2 weeks or more to receive your order! I asked for a shipping refund. obviously refused! terrible customer service for a grass that you pay 18£. a piece of advice, grow yor grass yourself! better quality and faster than their for half the price!
