For many years, Callcentric has been a reliable and affordable VOIP service for me. Their features, like adding SMS, or conference calls on demand are great. I've never had any issues, and when I did, responses were fast and helpful when configuring my equipment. Some may not like that there's no support call center, but they keep their costs low and support questions were answered fast. As a long time user, I think they're great!
The Management Team at Call-Centric is very professional and proactive. In the 2 years we have been working with them, there have only been a handful of minor issues that have been resolved immediately. The team members are always friendly and committed to helping our customers as if they were their own. Additional back office tasks are handled directly in very good quality.
