Billing and Policy's issuees
I've been using this company for about two years and was initially very happy with the platform. It offers an easy way to create IVR systems, forwarding groups, timing schedules, and voicemail setups, with reliable service and good call quality.
However, there are two key issues that led me to give this company a 2-star rating:
Billing Transparency: The billing system is unclear. I need to maintain a top-up balance to use the service, but there's no way to view a detailed history of charges or costs directly. Whenever I have a billing question, I have to contact support, open a ticket, and wait 24-48 business hours to receive a response with the necessary details. This process is inconvenient and time-consuming.
"Unlimited" Minutes Policy: The company offers an "unlimited minutes" plan for outgoing VoIP calls, which I recently signed up for. However, after reaching 1,500 minutes, I received a notification stating that the fair use policy caps "unlimited" usage at 1,500 minutes. This limitation is misleading and doesn't align with the expectation of truly unlimited service.
I hope the company addresses these two issues. If they improve billing transparency and redefine their "unlimited" plan to reflect customer expectations, I’d gladly revise my rating to 5 stars
