MyBullion are the real deal. You get exactly what you ordered and it ships within the hour (at least it has for my two small purchases). Packaging is excellent and any messages I e sent have been answered right away. These guys are the future of bullion trading.

Back to review again in 2026!
myBullion are great to deal with, can we give 6 stars? I ordered something small that ended up being out of stock. MyBullion went above and beyond to remediate by offering me a refund with any spot increase difference OR another premium item of similar but greater value, with free express post and an XRF Cert!
Give these guys a go, you can't beat their service. Keep an eye on their Bullion Pro Specials too, they've got some great deals at times.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. They provided fast service, kept me updated throughout the process, and communicated clearly and politely at every step. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service!

An absolutely amazing company, I'm so happy to have bought some Gold from them. Looking forward to the next one. Cheers

My first trade and it all went well. They are quick to reply to messages

Ordered some older releases. Good communication, Honest description, prompt processing, good packaging.

Would definitely buy from again.

It was a quick and easy transaction and the upfront quote prior to sending was a postive.

Easy to deal with, best rates on market and fast service. Best bullion deal in Australia in my opinion

Dealing with myBullion was professional, straightforward and fast. I received payment the same day. I would happily use their services again.

I found dealing with myBullion a very positive experience.
The whole online experience was simple and straight forward and the communication prompt.
Once confirmed payment was done same day directly into my bank account.
A very professional business that I won't hesitate using again

Pleasant experience buying from myBullion. Excellent communication and items posted fast. Overall 5 star experience. Thank you.

Easy process.

Quick responses.

Fair value.

Fast payment.

What more could you want.

The communication was second to none.
The product was as stated and shown in pictures.
Postage cost was too high as they said they have insurance to pay on top of normal postage, I think we should have the choice to insure it or not (a feature you can add at checkout) as the bargain price I got was eaten up with extra cost with insurance.
Plus the items were not individually bubble wrapped so able to clink around , even with the extra foam padding in the box . I always wrap individually as every postal or courier company are rough as guts when handling items and anything collectable most certainly has its price affected by its condition. Otherwise very happy and I will do business again, just giving feedback so you can keep improving your position in the market.

Picked up a Pamp gold bar at spot on myBullion's Sunday Special. What a great opportunity to add to the collection.
The order was delivered quickly and the packaging was great. I'm looking forward to picking up another special when I can.

Just received my Sunday Special Brittanias. Great price. All in good condition and in capsules. Speedy service and delivery. Packaging could have been a bit better but otherwise no complaints.

Today I had the pleasure of selling my set of Gold Coin collectable to myBullion. Communication was immediate and followed up with a seamless payment.
Great service. Thankyou.

Australia Post tracking showed that my gold arrived with myBullion this morning and the funds were in my account within 90mins. The whole process was easy and communications were professional and timely. They are new but I'd say they have a chance of shaking up the industry with their tighter margins.

The transactions all went smoothly, very quick turnaround, they delivered what they promised in a very professional manner.
I definitely will use them again

Excellent traders, a pleasure to deal with. Prompt communication and quick payment.

I sold a 100 Corona to mybullion.com.au and the process was flawless and quick. I sent the coin via express post last Friday, it was received today (Wednesday), authenticated and funds were received into my bank account on the same day.
