Bought a electrknics deal from wowcher and i got sent a brand arena wireless charger thats useless to me wish they would send me better items i can use not brsakable headphones or wireless charger pads fjats not compatible with my phone can u send me better items please tas this is twice ive been sent these useless items i wouldnt be able to sell them either as not useful

Dont use brand arena stuff as they are not very good just cheap crap

Utter garbage. Was stung by Wowcher. Was honestly not expecting anything amazing but the deal said the brand was logic, only to be sent some crap from veho. If I wanted cheap sh*te from china id spend £3, not £20. Both Wowcher and this company are the worst!!!

Talk about scammed. Literally the biggest scammers on the market!!! PLEASE.READ THE REVIEWS!!! do not buy a mystery deal from them via wowcher!! Seriously, I paid £20 x2 so £40 plus £3.99 postage for each so £50 nearly for what I though was a premium deal.....
Yeah I received two Bluetooth mini speakers that you can buy from multiple stores online for £9.99 each!!!! I am fuming and trying to get a refund and get someone to respond to me is a joke. I am taking this matter to trading standards along with raising a claim via my bank. Absolute scammers.

Inefficient. 2x they sent me the wrong product. Having to wait for customer service 's reply means weeks without the correct product. Exhausting and frustrating

Wowcher voucher advertised something which was too good to be true and it was,what a waste of money,dont be fooled by my brand logic or wowcher

Absolutely a waste of time and money buying from you via Wowcher. Really not happy at all with what I was sent and want to send it back and get my money back please. How do I do this when it’s so difficult/ impossible to get in touch with Wowcher?

Another corporate that has no accountability to us the customers scammed by wowcher,I bought a watch from ,wowcher not interested in a refund ,5 weeks trying,so it turned to the company that according to Hermes the company the package was returned to , I have proof of delivered,they claim they have not received it , big company v little person no contest ,I lost ,hope they can sleep at night for £37 .

Very poor communication from this company I purchased a Radley watch via wowcher, a month later and no sign of the delivery it took 5 emails to get anywhere, they are now stating that 3 weeks ago they informed wiwxher that my order wasny going to be delivered. But no one from either this company or wowcher contacted me. They kept my money a futher 3 weeks and I'm still awaiting a refund.

STAY WELL CLEAR, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BRANDLOGIC.

Sent back faulty item you received on 6th October no £39.99. Refund as promised despite 40 emails to you and partners gogroopie and discount experts

Bought what was advertised as a Chromecast via Wowcher from mbl. Suffice to say it wasn't a Chromecast and it's literally unable to cast anything from phone to TV. Yuck. Mbl seems to be a very dishonest company who advertise certain items as genuine but they're not, they're low quality knock offs that are in no way affiliated with the originals. Wowcher isn't innocent in this grift as they actively promote this company offering false positivity.

Do not use this company!! Ordered Dior sunglasses through wowcher and the parcel arrived broken and without the sunglasses. Customer services were not helpful whatsoever and made the assumption that I was lying and have not been in contact with me ever since. I have asked for further checks with Royal Mail to be carried out as I had paid £10 for delivery but they are now ignoring all my emails. Absolute scammers who have taken £100 of my money for an empty Dior box!

I purchased a pair of Barbour sunglasses from them via Go groupie, they sent completely the wrong ones, and the staff couldn’t be bothered to check they were nothing like those ordered, when I requested to return they initially wanted me to pay for the return but eventually sent a return paid label that was 24 hour tracked , the glasses were returned along with the return label and proof of postage sent, yet no refund given and no emails replied to. This company have stolen my money and are scammers , they must be stopped from trading and are not fit for purpose. Do not order from them go to TK Max and see what you are getting and you won’t be ripped off!!!

Ordered item, but when it arrived it had the clasp missing from the watch strap, I contacted the company, they apologised and told me they would send a replacement, week later it replacement arrived and all OK with this one, Thank you so much.

Sent faulty item then kept lying about sending a refund. I have contacted wowcher to complain!

I purchased an item from Brand Logic via Wowcher but the item was faulty. I emailed Brand Logic and the issue was resolved immediately in a way that far outweighed my expectations. Excellent customer service and I would certainly not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you.

I purchased a product with a Wowcher voucher. It didnt arrive and contacted customer services and they said give it another week. I contacted them again no reply. It then turned up and the product is faulty. E-mailed again awaiting a reply. I have sent a further e-mail still no reply. I don't mind the product being faulty if it is sorted. I don't like leaving negative reviews but the service is awful. Secondly don't get me started abut Wowcher as an organisation

Great company for dealing with customers, the respond time was literally minutes when sent a query to the customer service team, very helpful response, I'm very pleased 👍
