excellent service
I ordered shoes, unfortunately I got the size wrong but they were beautiful, exactly as advertised. They arrived on time. I had communication many times with the Merchant, each time very successful, always replying very promptly and efficiently. I look forward to my next visit to their store. Can't praise them enough.

A bit of time to arrive
I ordered a box of electrical wire connectors that I had seen online and they arrived exactly as described. I must confess that they did take a little longer than most things I had ordered before - just over a month all told however I did send an email to customer services and they were more than happy to either refund me or send out a replacement, which I thought was very good. Unfortunately the tracking option was not working and neither myself or customer services were able to locate the whereabouts of the product. The product actually turned up a day or so later so I was able to cancel the re-sending of the product. I think given the current pandemic and the fact that everywhere is suffering (staffing-wise and trying keep everyone safe) that they did a brilliant job.

The product knee supports have helped me get good support because I have a bakers cyst on the back of my right knee. But since using the knee support has helped me start walking again. Because I couldn’t walk very well at all.

1 Star is too many.
Can I please rate 0 Stars????
This company is diabolically awful. Ordered an item over a month ago, received nothing. Emailed the company who sent a replacement which still didn't arrive. Requested a refund through them for them to tell me they have requested it from wowcher who will email me to tell me when the refund will be received. Had no email from Wowcher now 2 weeks later. I give up hope of receiving the item and have had to threaten Trading Standards as this is beyond a joke.

Dear Zelda
Thank you for your review we are sorry to hear you have not had your order from us or the replacement that was set up.
As our customer service team would have explained to you any order made through a deal site (like wowcher) it is the deal site that will take the payment and hold that payment until the order is fulfilled by the merchant (my bluefish) and the customer is 100% satisfied
Therefore we here at my bluefish hold no funds form yourself as the order was not fulfilled and wowcher will still hold the funds
Therefore our customer service team would've requested that Wowcher refund the money you paid directly to them if you have not received this refund we would advise you to take this matter up with Welcher as explained above they hold the funds for this order and they will be the ones who will refund you
Many Thanks

Great customer service
Bought a costume dress and shoes via Pigsback for my daughter. They both came in separate deliveries which was fine and quick enough considering the current situation. The dress was as described and pictured but the shoes were the wrong size. I messaged them through Pigsback and received a quick response saying they have arranged for the correct size shoes to be delivered. Delighted with this customer service and problem resolved so quickly. Hopefully new ones won't take too long to arrive!

Very bad service!!
Very bad service!!
I have ordered vine red tracksuit through Wowcher and what I got is thin white tracksuit. The quality is very poor and completely see through material ! I would never ever wear those tracksuit.
I have tried to contact them - sent few emails, but no reply at all.
I want either full refund or exchange (right colour) asap!
My order number is 34209378 (05/05/20).

Terrible service
Terrible service. Clothing was appalling and promised a refund- not yet received any refund. Do not buy from this company. Bought through GOgroopie.
I have read your reply back to me on Trustpilot but I still have not received my refund and left with a really bad coat, which you yourself stated you were not happy to send in first place due to poor condition. I am going around in circles. You tell me its gogroopie who need to refund and gogroopie tell me it's you who need to refund.
Reply...... what is your customer service email. Even that is difficult to find !!!!!!
Update on 29/05/2020...still no refund from either Mybluefish or gogroopie. No one taking responsibility. My advise is to stay clear of both. Will continue to update until refund received showing how appalling both sites are.

Hey
Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order from us
As our customer service team would’ve explained to you we do not hold any funds for orders that are made these are held by the deal site the order was made on.
Our customer service team would’ve requested a refund from that deal site As they will be the ones to refund you however refunds are not instantaneous Aunt can take a few days to be refunded.
If you have still not had your refund we would advise you to get back in contact with our customer service team as they can look into this matter and chase the deal site for you.
Many Thank

Hey
Thank you for your replay.
As we have said no direct payment was made to us by yourselves and therefore we hold no funds from you.
The direct payment was made to gogroopie and they hold the funds for your order and therefore they are the ones who will refund you
What gogroopie would have said to you is that before they can refund you would need to contact us the merchant so that we could request it from them
You've already done this and the request was sent to gogroopie and confirmation sent to you by us of this requested as outlined in the e-mail that our CS Team sent back to you when the refund was requested
Regrettably, we can do no more to assist you in this matter as explained above we do not hold any funds of yours for this order.
Many Thanks
CS Team

1 star is over rating this company
1 star is over rating this company. I bought a track suit from this company through wowcher and when it arrived it was the wrong colour, wrong size and the quality was shocking. It was completely see through, the material so thin I was afraid it would fall apart. I have tried to contact Blufish 8 times with absolutely no response and wowcher are no help either. I wouldn't recommend this company at all as their goods appear to be shoddy and their customer service is non existant. I've bought through wowcher on several occasions with no problems but after this experience I won't use their website again. My advice, avoid Blufish!!

Hello I believe 1 star is rating the…
Hello I believe 1 star is rating the product I received far too highly. I bought a dress through Wowcher. It looks nothing like the photo. I would not even wear it as a nightgown. The fabric is cheap and it looks awful. I am ok with buying something not so great if the price is good but when they falsely advertise using Wowcher then I feel completely cheated. Do not buy from this company. I think it is shocking that Wowcher don't check quality before they allow this sort of advertising.

This company is a nightmare
This company is a nightmare , there is no transparency , no obvious contact details , the only one is the ‘support ‘ which is useless .
I ordered a track suit from wowcher and when it arrived it was the wrong size and wrong colour , and absolute garbage . I want a refund but have heard nothing following sending my details to them on ‘support’ .
They need exposing if they are a non reputable company .

NO GOODS, NO REPLY?
I also ordered a waist trimmer belt (through wowcher) and after 3 emails still had no response!!! Their 72 hours response time claim is load of rubbish - I’ve been waiting for reply since 9th May!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - especially if going through Wowcher - both absolutely no help and you’ll be lucky to get the goods. I made a big mistake :-(
