I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from BlackTree.

I paid approximately ₹15,000 for a pair of shoes advertised as authentic. Instead, I received the wrong pair of shoes with extremely poor/cheap quality. I immediately raised the issue and returned the product as required.

The biggest problem is that I am still waiting for my refund.

Despite returning the product, my ₹15,000 has not been refunded to me to date. Attempts to contact the company have been extremely frustrating:

❌ Wrong product delivered
❌ Product quality was completely unacceptable
❌ ₹15,000 refund still pending after returning the product
❌ Contact number was not working / I could not reach customer support
❌ Emails/messages were not properly answered after payment
❌ No satisfactory resolution despite repeated attempts
❌ I was unable to get clear and satisfactory transaction/order verification

The website makes claims about product authenticity, but based on my personal experience, I have serious concerns about the product I received and the way my refund has been handled.

I am posting this review to warn other customers. Please do your own research before placing an order, particularly for high-value products.

BlackTree — please return my ₹15,000 and provide a proper resolution to this issue.

Until my refund is received, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered Nike Elevate 3 White & Black Shoes for Rs. 5,150, but instead I received a very cheap, low-quality shoe that is completely black in color and different from the product advertised on the website.

I have repeatedly tried to contact the seller through their email and AI-powered customer support channel. However, I have received no response whatsoever, despite sending multiple emails and attempting to reach their support system several times.

This appears to be a case of misrepresentation and potential online fraud, where customers are shown one product but delivered a completely different item. The absence of any effective customer service or grievance redressal mechanism further raises concerns about the legitimacy of this website.

I have already submitted a complaint to the Consumer Support/Consumer Helpline and request immediate action. This website is Fraud

This company is a scam. Dont buy anything from here.
They deliver low quality products and no customer service is provided.

Myblack tree doesn't deserve a single star too. Last week I ordered an nike air jordan short of worth 4058 inr, and instead of that I received a nike short worth of 1700 inr through Amazon. Beware guyd, Its completely fake and fraudulent platform.

I bought a branded black phone case and after a month what arrived was a jumble of plastic pieces in various colours, not original, which I threw away immediately because it wasn't worth the trouble of sending them back. Unfortunately is not possible to give zero stars, stay away as far as possible.

Ich habe mir New balance 574 bestellt. Sie kamen auch an nach über 6 Wochen, das ist ok für mich ABER! Ich hab die völlig falschen Schuhe bekommen und viel zu viel bezahlt. Es kommt natürlich keine Reaktion von dieser Firma. Echt mies.

Ordered an incense burner and never received it. Tracking number does not exist. No response from customer support.

Finally received it but the quality is very bad

Blacktree : sellers of fake items and scammers.

Ordered Asics Gel Lyte and received some cheap fake Asics, totally different model.

Scam site, I ordered some £80 new balance xc 72 and was sent some cheap fake new balance trainers, they don't respond to any emails and clearly send fake items tho I'm lucky as most people get nothing
