Some small delay's with communication, however, its difficult when you are waiting to communicate with vendors in a different country.

There were some discrepancies with the product we received.The quality of the product was below average and unfortunately unusable.
Ashley was quick to troubleshoot and immediately spoke with the vendor and order replacement items - no charge.
The second delivery was fast and seamless.

There was a factory mixup that resulted in us receiving the wrong badges initially and it was fantastic to have someone I could rely on handle everything--including getting the corrected badges made and delivered in about a week!
