The service was very quick
The service was very quick. I had my Aruba ED card within a couple of minutes. The only issue that I had was this seemed to be a third-party connection and it cost me a lot more than the $20 per person that the resort quoted.

Misleading and expensive
This company uses misleading information to trick you into buying expense help by using stress people get before flights. I went to South Africa and forgot to get the customs declaration beforehand. This form is free and instantly in your email through the official website. The website from myarrival got up first unfortunately due to sponsoring cost me $119,-. I asked for a refund but they told me that was not possible.
Do not use this website!

It was incredibly easy/user-friendly. Response time was amazing. The ease once I arrived having already completed the Traveller Declaration was absolutely worth it the couple of minutes it took beforehand.
